Elle placed her hand on the table, watching as her parents bickered between each other. Tapping continuously in attempt to block out their aimless talk.
"Don't you think it'd be best to you know, switch the rooms about?"
"No it's too much hassle."
"Well, what do you think Elle?" Her mum and dad both turned at the same time to face her.
"I don't know , bye." Elle rose from her seat, pushing her chair in to sit neatly. Her dad sighed before carrying in the conversation. She headed up the stairs, soon walking into the dark hallway stood before her. She put her hand on the cold door knob, twisting it before sliding herself in the door. Her phone lit up in the dark room, as it sat in the corner. Her hand trailing up the wall to find the switch of her bedroom, glowing faintly to light up as she flicked it. Elle sat on her bed, picking up her phone to see the call and texts from James.
'Meet you tonight?'
'Are you even there?'

Elle swiped her finger across her phone before placing it at her ear. Inhaling a deep breath before James finally answered
"Geez, I fucking thought you went missing or something. Anyways I'm round the corner with the boys, coming to get you now so hurry the fuck up?" James growled over the phone, making Elle cringe to how much he swore.
"I have to see if I can first. Hide the boys though my parents think you're a good person to be with and they wouldn't appreciate a whole load of boys at the door calling for me." Elle huffed, making James groan over the phone.
"Just hurry up I'm outside now."
Elle pulled on a long floral kimono, changed from joggers to ripped dark blue jeans and wore her black converses. She pulled her hair from the ponytail, teasing her hair a but before heading down the stairs. The repetitive ring of the doorbell, making her dad stand up and walk towards the door.
"Hello Sir, I came to pick up Elle just for a nice walk in the park." James smiled at Elle before turning back to her dad, Elle gave a toothy grin to her dad before she walked beside him.
"Be back before 10, please." Mr.Hunter asked Elle
"Of course, a curfew is always needed to be put in place." James exclaimed, as he reached her hand, roughly grabbing it but she played it off.
"Have fun." Mrs.Hunter shouted from where she was sitting as Elle headed out the door.
"Okay, let's get to the park, the boys are waiting for us there." James let go of her hand throwing it away from him before walking faster.
"Slow down a bit?" Elle groaned, trying to catch up with him as he turned down a dark alley. James soon began running, the boys all messing up the park as it came into view.
"Come on, hurry up." James shouted as he glanced back at her. Elle jogged to try and catch up soon getting closer to the boys who were then looking as she shadowed behind James. "Yoo Elle you alright" Daniel asked as he came up to give her a hug, "yeah I'm fine thanks" she replied.
James was sitting with Ronnie, Daniel, and a few other boys Elle didn't really know but she has seen them around school, james shouted over to her "come here then don't just stand there"
Elle walked over to James standing in front of him, slightly uncomfortable. James looked up at her before grabbing her and pulling her to sit on his lap and putting his hands around her waist, she started to feel more at ease and less uncomfortable. James whispered in her ear "your mine, no one else is allowed you!!" Making her think to herself "why would he be saying that? I don't even talk to boys apart from Daniel and Ronnie.."
Time went on...
"James I need to go its 21:55pm I have to be in by 22:00pm" which Elle told James,
"Yeah yeah wait few more minutes I need to talk to Daniel!" Spat James
"Whatever" Elle said as she started walking out of the park, in a rush to get home.
She began running , heading towards the alleyway on the side of her house stopping as she watched the hooded man walking into the alleyway. Elle, scared but brave, walked to get a view of the alleyway all from a distance. Seeing the hooded man turned around and facing her, their pearly white teeth shining in the dark of the night. Elle sighed as she began creeping into the alley, the man still stood in place. He offered to move, Elle took the chance to walk a bit faster around him. Her heart was pounding out of her chest, her adrenaline on high. She looked back seeing nothing there anymore, her face soon taking normal structure as she ran back up the lawn to her house,
It striking 22:00 on the dot , as soon as she opened the door. Her parents sat around the dining table, expecting her to walk in.
"Lucky today, but don't let this happen again." Mr.Hunter got up and headed up the stairs.
"Sorry for keeping you up." Elle apologised, running up the stairs and into her room.
Elle got undressed and quickly jumped in the shower, richly lathering her hair and body & applying her moisturiser on to her body and face. Turning the shower off and jumped out to place a towel around her. Strolling back into her room to continue her nightly rituals, she quickly dried her self and got into her pjs her mum got her for Christmas, dried her hair and put it up into a loose bun, she then layed in bed and checked her phone

She unlocked her phone and rang James,
"Where the fuck did you go!" James shouted down the phone, "really swearing? And I told you I had to be in at 22:00pm you weren't coming so I walked home myself" she said in a annoyed voice, " I told you to wait! I said I was only quickly speaking to daniel!" You could hear the rage in his voice!
Elle hung up and put her phone on charge and switched it off.
