Your POV
The rubble around us finally stopped moving and I let out a sigh, more a scared one. I look and Tony and his helmet is up. My leg is pinned under a block of cement.
" Hey are you ok?" He asked me. We were in a pretty open area, well as open as possible with all of this wreckage. He had stood up and was looking down at me, I was still half laying down and half sitting up.
" Despite the fact that my leg is pinned under a block of cement and a building crashed down on me, I would say I am pretty good." I say, my mask had receded back, so did his. I gave him a smile and he gave a small laugh then went over by my leg. He used the rockets on his suit and used them to pick up the block. I slipped my leg out and stood up.
" We should try and Find the others." I tell him.
" Under all this." Tony asks.
" We have to." I say walking a little bit trying to find the best way out. Then something caught my eye. IT was Steve's shield. I run over to it and pick it up. " see, Steve can't be far from here," I say pointing at the shield.
" Fine." Tony said as he started walking or climbing to find him.
We climb for about 45 seconds and made some good distance when I see Steve laying down, hopefully passed out not dead. I run over to him and tony follows close behind. We get there and Tony tries to wake him up. But I can't hear Tony in the beginning because Rocket and Bruce were stuck. I quickly tap my ear 3 times to change the settings on my ear piece to only when it is for me.
" Come on, buddy. Wake up. That's my man." Tony says. He then points to me holding the shield. I walk closer and hand it to him. " You lose that again, I'm keeping it."
" what happened." Steve ask.
" You mess with time it tends to mess back." I say to him.
" You'll see." Tony adds. Tony puts his hand out to Steve and pulls him up.
" Guys look it is Thor." I point to an opening where Thor is looking out at the destruction.
We all walk over to him. We were standing on a perfect ledge that could look out at to the soon to be battlefield. Thanos is sitting in the middle, not doing anything.
" What has he been doing?" Tony asks.
"Absolutely nothing." Thor responds. He is different know, like all of the stupid alcohol brain him. He got some sense knocked into him. The old Thor is back.
" Where are the stones." Steve asks.
" Somewhere under all this." I comment.
" All I know is he doesn't have them." Tony adds.
" So we keep it like that." Steve says.
" You know it is a trap right?" Thor asks.
" Yea, and I don't much care." Tony says.
" Good. Just as long we are all in agreement." Thor starts saying. HE holds out both of his hands and both strombreaker and mjolnir come to him. His armour and cape came on him and his beard got braided. Kinda great. "Let's kill him properly this time."
The four of us started walking down to get to Thanos. I tapped the back of my Neck and a sword different from what I normally had grew from Nano tech. It looked like a really long version of Gamora's sword. It was about 4.5 feet long. I grabbed hold of it and brought it to my side.I got a strange look from Tony.
"What?" I ask him.
" The Sword." He responds.
" Ehhhh." I respond to him. He shrugs. we walk a bit longer and We confront Thanos face to face.
"You could not live with your own failure. And where did that bring you? Back to me. I thought by eliminating half of life, the other half would thrive. But you've shown me that's impossible. And as long as there are those that remember what was, there will always be those that are unable to accept what can be. They will resist." Thanos says.
" Yep, we are all kinda of Stubborn." Tony responds to him.
" I'm thankful. Because now, I know what I must do." Thanos stands up. "I will shred this universe down to its last atom." He puts on his helmet. " And then...With the stones you've collected for me, create a new one. Teeming with life, but knows not what it has lost but only what it has been given." Thor starts to glow. " A grateful universe." Thanos finally finishes.
" Born out of Blood." Steve comments.
" They'll never know it. Because you won't be alive to tell them." We all start fighting him.
It was back and forth between the four of us. We are all getting punches and kicks and slashes in but Thanos doesn't take much damage from us.
a/n: sorry this is short but it seemed like a good stopping point and I really wanted to update tonight so here it is. Also I am trying to make this fight seem long so so of these next chapters might be shorter so there can be more chapters for this final battle.
