Athena was still a tad shocked of the goings-on that was happening.
"Baby, pick up the phone,--Baby?" Athena said into the phone.
"Yeah I am her mom, Vander is sleeping and I had a rough night last night, I listened to George Noory and found information for you, something about Indigo Children but also something about being able to sense and feel and maybe telepathically incept something," Tanika said loudly.
"Tani, what'd you mean Indigo children?" said Athena
"Yeah, Indigo Kids or something –they all had power and could see shit that wasn't there. He talked about it—they talked about it on that Noory show." Tanika said.
"More disturbing mom and I am shaking a little bit and it is daylight—is I saw something," said Tanika.
"What'd you see baby—Tani." said Athena.
Athena's voice lowered.
The connection was cut off and Athena put her hands on her face and sulked.
She figured maybe she understood a little more. But still, no answers have bubbled to immediacy. Would she stay at Orteat de Dallister any longer? She contemplated maybe walking around in circles to process the information.
She grabbed her purse and headed outside. A calm breeze had picked up on day two. It really made no sense to her. Without warning, she made a blitz for her car and started driving. A strange sound whispered to her. And then it was gone.
What she had seen with the person who died freaked her out a bit. Overall she was exhausted but she knew staying in the hotel was not for her. The trauma was to real to handle.
Outside she grabbed her phone from her pocket. She tried calling again. This time she tried twice with more prompt and put the phone up to her face.
"Tani- I've got to go somewhere, this is all too weird right now. I don't really understand myself right now, I need to take something and then go somewhere." said Athena
"Mom, where the hell (and it started being real static brrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrshssssssssssssssshhshsshsh. Mom, I saw something at home. And also Vander's reaction sent chills to my bones."
With that Athena got into her car rolled down the windows and spun the tires out.
The screech sounded like a fox on the hunt. The tires burned and she left Hawthorne.
