Hi, I'm Katherine. I have just moved to the island of Jorvik where I have heard is an amazing start to a life that involves horses constantly. I wasn't always into horses, but when I was around ten I decided that horses were definitely my favorite thing in the world. Ever since hearing about Jorvik and it's amazing horsey atmosphere I knew I had to end up here someday. So as soon as I found a house in my price range, I packed my bags and left everything I knew behind me. I have to admit, I'm not the kind of person who likes change, but I knew that this was best for me. Anyways, my house is beautiful and I couldn't have asked for a better one. It's pretty big for a cottage, but it's perfect size for me. Two stories, one bedroom, two and a half bath, a really nice but cozy kitchen, and a sitting room right when you walk in the door. And here's the best part; it's right on the Silversong River! It's a little ways south of Valedale, but not too far of a walk and I get the constant, tranquil sound of the river outside! Ugh, I love it here already and it's only my first day. Well I guess I may as well finish unpacking. I'll write more tomorrow.
