You're boyfriend, Yugyeom, became super concerned over your sudden change of behavior. you constantly started to avoid when he needed a hug or affection. Instead, you would just give him all of you just what you have been doing the past weeks.
But there's just something that has been bothering him. When he looks at your smile, your eyes shows something different. When he wakes up, he sees you looking at yourself in the mirror with those sad eyes. Not once or twice, but every morning. He became unsure on what to do because you always say you're fine and you just need some rest.
Another week past and you have also been skipping meals. Yugyeom started became more worried about you and tried to make you eat but you would only have a cup of milk and eat 2 spoons or rice for dinner and then head to sleep.
After he finished with everything, he went to lay besides you and wrapped his arms around your waist. "when you're ready to talk, come to me and i'll be more than happy to listen." were the words he said to you every night before you went to sleep. But once again, all you said was "i'm fine, don't worry." which made him more worried.
It wasn't till one night, he woke up to you not being in his arms. he sat down almost immediately, and your phone screen turned on just in time.
He grabbed your phone only to see read messages of someone telling you that you aren't perfect, he doesn't deserve you, too fat, and you should leave him and die. yugyeom couldn't help but feel mad. he usually doesn't get mad easily but this time he wanted to crush whoever sent you those messages.
just right when he was about to look for you, he heard the water running inside the bathroom. Yugyeom walked back into the room and slowly went to the bathroom door. He turned the bathroom knob softly only to see the sight of your back against the wall made his heart sank in pain. both of your hands were covering your face with your tears that wouldn't stop streaming down your face.
You didn't know he was watching you till he took a step closer to turn off the faucet causing you to look up in surprise.
Yugyeom walked up to you and pulled you in his embrace. your head was resting on his head and as much you wanted to stop, you couldn't. with his hand caressing your back then he whispered you comforting words to you.
"It's okay. cry your heart out now it's okay to feel sad, i'm always here for you." After a few moments, yugyeom carried you to bed while hugging you tightly against his chest "I started to notice you haven't been eating lately. in fact, you didn't eat properly in weeks" he said while looking at you. you tried to talked but he didn't let you "You don't have to lose weight to look beautiful. In fact, you shouldn't care what others say about you. I'm already happy that I have you with me even when I can be a jerk sometimes you still stayed with me. I'm sorry for not understanding you at sometimes. I'm grateful that I have you and that you accepted me for the way I am. please don't starve yourself again. eat well, rest well, and be with me that's all."
You were speechless hearing all that from him. you didn't know yugyeom can be affectionate towards you. His words made you stop crying for a bit then you started to tear up again. "Hey why are you crying again?" he chuckled a bit "Please remember that I will always love you. don't listen to those people if they bother you again, i'll make sure to snap their neck if they hurt my princess again." you sniffed and also let out a small giggle "don't. I'll stay away from them from now on" you said while looking at him "Good. BUT just in case, if I hear anything bad about you I won't stay still" he said looking at you with a pout.
Yugyeom hugged you tightly once again and said "Goodnight my princess. I love you" you hummed as a response and slept the rest of the night away.
