bloody show

"oh look a ferris wheel" said james

"you have got to be kidding" i said

"a couple at the show and a ferris wheel" he said

"sounds cliche to me" i said

"ok what do you want to do" he asked i looked around then grinned

"how much of a stomach do you have" i asked

"i like to think i have guts of steel" he said "why?"

"because i know what i want to do" i said

"i'm scared now" he said jokingly

"the spider" i said

"ok" he said "which one is it"

"that one" i said pointing to one in the shape of the spider, on the end of each leg were seats they spun and the body of the spider spun and because the legs were off center it felt like they threw you nearly giving you whiplash, we got in line it wasnt very long, we got in and strapped in the guy came round and checked the buckles, i grinned "i don't trust that grin" he said

"you shouldnt" i said he looked worried then the ride started it was slow at first we were both laughing then it got faster and james became green i couldnt help but keep laughing, when the ride finished james was dizzy and green he had difficulty walking straight so i helped steer him to gate and to a bin where he vomited, when he was done i gave him a napkin from my purse he wiped his mouth with it "are you ok" i asked

"i'm good" he said

"you sure" i asked "we can go home if you like"

"no" he said "we can stay"

"we'll go on something more mild" i said "what about the tango train"

"another spinning one?" he asked i nodded "can i watch what it does first"

"sure" i said we went over to the tango train and watched the people on it james looked much better now not so green "i could go on this" he said

"yay" i exclaimed and got in the line it was longer than the one for the spider after half an hour of waiting we got on the ride "you have to sit on the outside" i said getting in

"why" he asked

"because if i sit on the outside you'd crush me" i explained

"ok" he said it started going backward first it was mild it got fast enough it made me giggle but not much more than that when we got off we grabbed lunch

"i think because you braved the spider" i said "we can go on the ferris wheel next"

"really" he asked happily

"sure" i said after a quick lunch we went to the ferris wheel the line was mainly occupied by couples and family when i noticed people staring just a hand full of people who walked stared at us "have you noticed people staring?" i asked james

"yes i noticed a while ago" he said

"but why" i asked

"well we do look like quite a pair" he said "your wearing the colours of hell which suite you and im wearing a white top and light coloured jeans" he had a point i was wearing a red plaid skit with a chain on it and a black top with red rose on it and we looked like total opposites "i see but they don't have to stare" i said

"come on" he said "it's our turn" i followed him into the compartment once the ferris wheel got started it was actually a pretty nice view we reached the top and it was a long way down i looked at james his eyes were very light blue in the sunlight we lent in and kissed it was so romantic and cliche but i couldnt help it we pulled apart i blushed "what were you saying about cliche" he asked grinning i gave him a light tap on the arm "i couldnt help it" i said "it was instinct"

"i thought demons weren't cliche" he said

"but girls are" i said

"good point" he said the ride finally finished i got off and started to walk away with james but i ran into someone i looked up to see who it was i gasped it was daniel "what are you doing here" i growled

"doing as i promised" he said smirking

"not infront of all these witness your not" i said

"you think i care" he said "they can't catch me" i saw out of the corner of my eye he had a knife in his pocket "carrying a weapon" i asked "not very brave is it, knives are for whimps" daniel growled "oh poor hybrid he was called a whimp" i said in a babyish voice he lunged at me pushing me into the cogs of the ferris wheel's motor my arm got caught in the slowly moving cogs i screamed with the sharp pain and tearing flesh james hurried over to see if i was ok daniel walked over with a menacing look on his face knife in his right hand he held it above his head aiming for my heart i struggled to get free but it caused my arm pain the james lunged at him the guys working with the ferris wheel came over to help me out then daniel had james pinned the knife held above his face james was stopping the knife and daniel had difficulty stabbing him, then suddenly he pulled the knife away james lost his grip then it felt like slow motion "james" i screamed as i saw the knife come back down at the last minute james put his arm over his heart and face daniel missed his target and got james arm he pushed daniel off of him then pulled the knife out of his arm "now leave before i kill you" he growled they finally got my arm out of the motor i looked down and what i saw wasn't an arm but a bloody mess "are you ok" james asked worried i was starting to feel light headed, i couldnt say anything, i had seen blood and torn flesh and i had felt pain but never had i seen my arm torn apart like that, my vision was fading "darcy" said james worried "you have to keep your eyes open" i was trying but i couldnt it was all to much i fell into darkness
