Why'd you have to be So Complicated?-Part 2 of 3

(Avril's P.o.V)

As I drive away, I feel a little guilty because the look on his face was unbearable, so I had to leave. Then the Kiss. The way he was needy like he didn't want to lose me..and yet..UGH! Why does he have to be sooo Complicated?! So I decide to go to the only place I could think of..my girls..but mostly guys. Yes! I'm a tomboy, but I like guys OK? They're kinda friends with him also, so maybe they could give me some advice on the whole situation. As I arrive in the driveway I send Brad a text that I'm here.

Me: Hey! Sup Brad? Wyd !

(sending.....new message)

Brad: Oh nm just at home and you?

Me: Awesome! I'm just sitting in my hopeless car..*sigh*

Brad: OK. Why..where are you? Do u need a ride?

Me: Nah, I'm just screwing around I'm outside ur house dude..look out the blinds!

Brad: *looks outside and smiles; says to himself.* "Avril u sneaky girl!!"

Brad walks out the house, smiling I know he's wondering what I'm doing her. I'm sure he won't mind though. I smile and make a funny face, and so does he and I know what's he's about to do too. He's about to open my door and I start to pull it, but he's too strong of course, yanks me out and throws me over his shoulder. It's actually feels quite comfy up here, but I'd never tell him that. Haha!

"Brad! Put me down! Do you have to do this all the time?! I said in a joking matter, but sounding serious.

"Ummm lemme guess uh maybe and Yes!" he says, as he's cracking up then he puts me down and I punch him just for fun!

"Has anyone ever told you're like a freaking hulk?" I say sarcastically, he laughs.

"Haha! Very funny and no actually. just you!" saying sarcastically.

"Yeah, it is funny! But I'm not here to laugh and joke. I'm here for a serious matter." sounding very serious.

"Oh, well I'm all ears. By the way you're soo cute when you try to sound all 'SERIOUS'." standing with his hands under his and batting his eyes jokingly.

"Ugh! stop kidding around and let's go inside it's HOT out here!." she says and he leads her inside the house.

Avril's P.o.V

The house is empty and silent, not usually like so I guess nobody's here. Full of food smells and kinda trashy. Good old Bradster to clean up the house for me, lol. Jacob is my long time friend and we dated briefly, but didn't work but we're still friends. Don't know why I ever let him go. Anyways it's time to talk and usually if we do he sits on the couch and I lounge my feet on his lap as if he's my psychatrists in a way. So we sit down and begin our session. HEHE.

"Ok, miss Evans what seems to be your problem this weekend?" clasping his hands on the top of my legs, I shuder a little bit.

"Well, you see Dr. Matthews, my boyfriend hasn't been giving me any attention and when he does he wants to smooth it over with a kiss and thinks that will fix things." sighing with my head on the arm rest.

"Is he a good kisser?" he asks looking right at her, and she rolls her eyes.

" Be serious Jacob! This is really hard for me, can you please help me?" she says all frustrated.

"Alright, fine let's here..maybe he's just really shy because he can't tell you how he really feels.

"Really Jake? That's all you got that's not good enough we're a couple we should talk things out not just ignore me all the time!"

Before I know it Jake is holding me in his arms, they're so warm, Wait what am I doing I can't be falling for my ex. Maybe I am. I just cradle like a baby and holds me tight, Then suddenl my phone buzzes and I let go and check my phone to see who it is..to my surprise it was a text from Jason..I saw, as I reach for my phone Jake grabs my hand.

"Jake..what are you doing, I need to answer my text from Jason?" she says confused.

"Please Avril, you don't need to answer that hunny." he says reassuringly.

"Huh? What are you-- suddenly he cuts me off by putting a finger to my lips and my face starts to redden a little. Why is Jake making me feel lik this?

"Avril, please don't speak I need to share something with you..it's important."

"Jacob, hunny this text might be important..I have to answer it."

As I reach for my phone Jake is face to face with me. Inches from kissing me, he puts his right arm around my back blocking me from getting my phone. Oh no, what am I to do now? I can't let him kiss me or can I?
