Squidbob oneshots

Sick day

~~Not a human AU~~

"A-CHO!" A loud sneeze has awoken a once sleeping octopus.
"What's going on spongey, are ya sick?" He sits up and gives a concerned look towards his lover.
"Nah, I'm...." The room goes quiet.
"Sorry, thought I was about to sneeze but I didn't, I'm fine to go to work though!" Spongebob smiles but looks pale, like a sweet cheese gone expired.
"No you're not! I don't want you going outside and making things worse for yourself.... or infecting others. We'll skip work today and I'll take care of you." The cephalopod stands up and tucks the sponge in.
"N-no! I'm fine!" His nasal voice now overbares his usual tone. His boyfriend kisses him on the forehead and heads downstairs in hopes of making some soup.

He starts preparing a cup of coffee for himself, careful not to get the sponge a cup for his energy might peak. Finishing everything up, he brings his lover the promised goods to find him in the same spot, shivering and more pale then before. "Are you alright? I brought you some soup and an orange juice, but, careful not to eat or drink too fast cause you might throwup."
"Ok Squiddy, can you call someone who can help? Like a doctor I mean" He hold onto the bowl of soup as if it's his last. He starts eating.
"Of course! We'll get you better before you know it." He kisses his forehead and sips his coffee. That's his sponge.
