The Hunt Is On (Alex + Emily)

"Do you think the others are okay, Alex?" Emily asked while gripping onto my arm tightly 

"I'll think they will be fine, there tougher then they look" I declared 

"Okay if you say so" Emily tried to smile 

A Roar in the distance suddenly shocked us 

"Come" I pulled her along into the closet there was where they kept mops and cleaning supplies in there.

"What's up-mm" I quickly covered her mouth and said "shh" quietly to her. 

A dark shadow came across the door and then came back banging on the door saying "Let me in Children, let me in" 

"What's the time?" I asked quietly 

"What, why?" Emily whispered back 

"Just tell me" I Said 

"Okay It's 20:25 pm, why?" Emily replied with a shocked expression 

"That's what I thought there not playing to the rules so I will not go easy on them" I mumbled to myself 

"Huh, what was that Alex?" Emily asked quietly 

"Just hold onto me, okay?" I answered 

She wrapped her arms around me and the creature broke the door off. 

"Hmm" It said while tilting its head 360 degrees clockwise and back "I thought I smelled a human in here but theirs nothings in here, why is nothing here!" It got angry and ran off.

"It didn't see us? Why didn't it see us" Emily let go of me and then looked at me "It was you right?" 

I nodded 

"what shall we do now?" Emily asked 

"I don't know, if we hide we might not make it and if we go back now to confront them they can take it as we surrendered" I complained 

"I agree so I think we should hold out" Emily said while putting on her serious face "we have to win this for our class" 

I nodded "but it will dangerous" 

"I love danger" Emily smiled "although I don't think that we can both make it" she told me 

"I think we can" I replied "Let's do this, yeah sis?" 

"Wow that's the first time you have called me sis at school" Emily smiled "So what do you suggest then Alex because I was suggesting that you win this and I head back to give you info" 

"No, we both can do this" I told Emily 

"How?" Emily asked 

"Well they said we could attack as long as we didn't kill, we can take this to our advantage" I said cunningly 

"But won't it will be a double edge sword" Emily pleaded 

"It could be but I got you this back" I handed Emily the knife back "keep it with you for safety okay? now here's my plan" 

"It could work" Emily smiled "Or it coul"

"Could Fail" I said smiling 

"Let's do this" We both said together.
