Two small robots were down below the hospital, talking; In a unnatural spot. A lava pit, with a small but useful platform in the middle.
A robot, named Valen was with another named Vinny. They weren't friends or anything, But Valen just couldn't escape this little fella and so; he decided to go with Vinny and have a chat...a instant rough chat that is.
"You were abused..." Valen whispered, "It wasn't right, you never did anything."
Vinny looked up at Valen and whimpered, "You're the only one who knows what has happened......." He said.
Valen lifts up his right hand and traces over the dents and red bruises covering Vinny's chest and stomach, "We just can never figure out why they hate us for living." He said.
Vinny took a sharp spin and stood back, the unstable ground rocked.
"Look at me!" Vinny wavered at his body, "I'm ruined!"
Valen frowned and hugged Vinny, "You are right, you shouldn't have been abused, you're the most happiest looking robot out of all of us, you shouldn't have to fake your smile; we shouldn't treat you wrong."
Vinny hugged back and winced, "Thank you Valen, I always knew i could trust someone......"
Vinny glances at Valen, the unstable ground still rocking.
"We should get out of here.....it was nice while it lasted." Vinny said uneasily.
Valen sighed and agreed, Vinny grabbed Valens hand and got his rockets going, they flew up to the dome trap doors.
Vinny landed on the ground of the basement and turned around, Valen was not seen.
Vinny looked at Valens hand that was still in his own hand and he screamed and threw the hand.
Valen didn't make it back up-
Vinny scrambled to the dome trap door and opened it to see that no one was there!
"VALEN!?" Vinny cried, He choked on his own sobs as black oil ran down his face.
"Everything okay?" Vinx asks, Vinny looked up and hugged the robots stomach, "V-val is gone....." Vinny sobbed.
Vinx fluttered his eyelids in realization of the situation and hugged back, "Sometimes we just lose people and have a part left of them I guess....." He said.
Vinny nodded and looked at Valens hand that he threw, he regretted that but he got scared.
"Let's get out of here Vinny, best to lose one then two." Vinx said, Vinny whipped his tears away and agreed.
