I pulled out of him. I laid him down on my chest. I rubbed his back up and down.
"Sebastian...?" Ciel says.
"Yes, baby?" I whisper sweetly into his ear.
"Do you really love me...?" He says again.

Sebastian was getting pissed at Ciel. Ciel didn't want Sebastian to touch him because he thought Sebastian was using him.

"I AM A CHILD, SEBASTIAN!!IF YOU WANT AN ADULT THEN GO FUCKING FIND ONE!!" Ciel yelled right back.
"THATS THE MOTHERFUCKING PROBLEM!!I WANT YOU, I LOVE YOU!!ONLY YOU!!" Sebastian yelled getting mad that Ciel think this way.

"Ciel! Get your ass back over here!" Sebastian said not accepting a no.
Ciel hesitated in coming over but he did.
Sebastian pulled Ciel over to him to kiss him. Ciel struggled but ended up kissing back.
Ciel and Sebastian had a hot make out session. Ciel knew what was going on between them was wrong. But he did care. Sebastian could slap, kick, punch, rape, and yell at him. But it would never change how much Ciel loves Sebastian.
They pulled away.
"What can I do to make it up to you...?" Sebastian whispered into Ciels ear.
