Umm... 42K reads?
Genuinely... I had no idea these many people had read my book. When I published it, it had like barely 100 reads. Honestly, I had a lot going on and felt like the book was only for myself at that point and decided to end it like this. Following were many months of doubt and writer's block that lead me to delete the app before the book got big. I agree, the ending sucks, and it's very vague, but I literally redownloaded the app YESTERDAY after several months and saw all these comments just now and just... wow. Thank you. To everyone saying how invested they are and everything... Just wow. I'm so thankful. Even though the ending indeed sucks. Maybe I will write a sequel when I find the time between school and work...
I'm sorry for the hasty end, it isn't what the book deserves, but to be fair... I didn't think anybody would read it, just like with all my stories. But thank you for doing it, even if it felt like a waste of time for some due to the ending.
I will continue writing. After a 6 month lull I feel like this gave me a boost to start again. It'll take some time but I want to publish here again. On Wattpad. Even though nobody read my books, it did make me happy. Just as I hope my books bring you all some joy.
See you in the near future, I hope.
And sorry for my shit ending.
Much MUCH love,
Myra.
