(A.N) sorry it took a while to start this book... i was grounded.. T_T

Chapter 1:

"Luna Anderson! My house now!" My best friend Sophie yelled through the phone.

I laughed holding my ears and slamming the phone down on my desk, hearing her voice shut off. I'm nice.

I grabbed my bag and shoved my phone in there aswell as my keys and brush.

I sighed running a hand through my long brown hair, and looked in the mirror. I saw a tall girl with slightly pale flawless skin, and forest green eyes. Her long brown hair flowing down her back and falling softly to her chest. Her nose was small and buttoned shaped and she had small rosy lips that went well with the colour of her porcelain skin, and perfectly shaped eyebrows. The looks of her Mom.

I had always liked my looks, but of corse Tiffiany Edwards was the perfect one, with her golden locks and bright blue eyes and tanned skin. She's the beautiful one, and dosn't she know. She carries a small pink mirror in her designer handbag, wears the latest style clothes and has her long nails french manicured. She has a bitter attitude and shes very self absorbed, Shes always hated me, but i've never found out the reason why. I don't really care in all truth what she thinks about me.

Just with that thought, a small chime coming from my phone sounded. I groaned knowing instantly it was Sophie telling me to hurry up. I grabbed my phone of the desk and giggled, just as I thought.

Soph: Lunaaaa! I cant wait much longer, get your fine ass here now! And hurry! x

I chuckled at the screen and sent her back a message saying I was on my way and ran to the front door.

"I'm going out to Sophie's!" I shouted to Maisy, my older sister and my Mom.

"Okay sweetie! Come back before 7 though, We have Maisy's boyfriend and family coming over, and remember your phone!" She shouted back.

"Okay.." I groaned.

I swear Maisy had a new guy every week! She was my Step sister, and she thought she was pretty, but she really isn't. She wore so much makeup she looked orange and dont get me started on the bleach blonde hair and drawn on eyebrows. In my oppinion, she looked like a clown. But I wouldnt mention that to her. She has very long fake nails, that she has stabbed into my arm and back about 10 times already.

I slammed the front door and stepped outside. I sighed staring at Maisy's convertible. I wish i could learn to drive, but I know even if I did, I wouldnt be able to afford a car. I started walking, and not throwing a second glance at her bright red car.

Sophie's house wasnt far away. It was only a few streets away. A five minute walk from here. I pushed back my hair, slinged my bag over my shoulder and ran down the street.

By the time I arrived, I could see her sitting on her porch step sending me a playful glare. I ran up to her laughing and pulling her into a hug.

She giggled whispering "Apology accepted." I smiled into her shoulder.

Sophie pulled back smiling and linking her arm round mine, smiling showing her small dimples.

Sophie had short black hair cut into a bob, warm chocolate brown eyes, thin black eyebrows, plucked perfectly and rosy pink lips.

She tugged me over to her door and left me outside whilst she walked in and shut the door. I heard her shuffling around through something in her room.

"Wait three secs!" She shouted through the door to me.

"Sure thing" I laughed back. Whatever she wanted to show me, it was obviously something important to her, but i could guess that it was something small and useless that she loved.. Once she got hyped over a discount card to the Ice Cream Parlour.

She came out grinning and holding up a small velvet red box. It looked like a very expensive jewelery box. I gasped.

"Is this what I think it is?" I yelled grabbing her wrist and smiling proudly at the small, blue diamond ring on her finger. I screamed excitedly. My best friend was getting married!

She screamed too, jumping up and down and laughing and nodding.

"Drake asked me to marry him!" She yelled all hyper and giggly.

"Im so happy for you!" I shouted pulling her into a hug and grinning. It was about time. Drake and Sophie had been going out since they were 15. They never ended it, and I always knew this day would come.

"Details!?" I laughed.

She smiled, eyes wide with happiness.

"Well first, he took me for a 2 year aniversery meal, and right when desert came, he made a whole speech! Everyone turned to look and then.. he propsed to me! It was so romantic!" She was so happy. I felt so excited for her.

"Can i be the bridesmaid?" I joked with her, but she knew I was serious.

"Aw of corse Luna!" She said with a laugh.

...........................................................

"Can you drive me back Soph?" I told her noticing how creepy the deserted street looked outside. We had been sitting watching movies  and eating pizza all the time i was here. I streatched and laced up my converse.

"Sure!" She shouted enthusiasticly. "Be right back, need to grab my keys and jacket."

I nodded and carried on lacing my shoes. I looked around her room at the pictures of her and Drake. Sometimes, I wish for a relationship like hers and Drake's. It was perfect...

She came back in with her light purple jacket on and her keys with all the charms jingling in her hand.

We ran outside to her car. I sat in the passanger seat, and she pulled out driving out of her street.

I rolled open the window sticking my head out, as she hummed tunes on the radio. I stopped briefly staring out to a house we passed.

A tall, gorgeous guy was looking right at me. He had the most gorgeous face ever. He was standing with an older guy who was still gorgeous, but looked a lot more adult like. The beautiful guy was still staring, his eyes locked onto mine. I gasped staring into his deep violet eyes. He smirked at me and looked away to his brother who was looking at Sophie's car curiously.

I turned back and saw Sophie smirking at me. She had seen it all. She wiggled her eyebrows at me and giggled.

I looked back to the house, my heart thumping rapidly. They were gone? I let out the breath i was holding.

"Someone has an admirer." Sophie whispered into my ear, giving my goosebumps.
