chapter 7
Ali's POV
i ask all the guys to come in the living room in 10 minuets. i tell Trevor and Sam the same thing through text. i don't tell them why.
i start writing down something i want to talk about when i hear the door bell ring. Sam and Trevor are here. i let them in and Tell them to sit i yell for the other guys and i begin explaining.
when i was born my dad had abandoned by due to my mom having me. he was afraid of what mite happen if he stayed to be my father.
so he moved to Mexico and i never heard from him. my mom raised me until she died in a car accident. then i was sent to California because that's were i wanted to go.
its a good thing i did because that's were you guys found me. During the 2 years in hell i was beaten by Hannah the adoption lady. she never liked me.
When the younger kids were sent there she finally stopped abusing me. She made me work for her, she never did think I would get adopted.
I didn't either but I prayed every night that I would. Finally a couple came but they adopted the baby Lexi. Then you guys finally came it really was a miracle you came.
I had plans to leave that place as soon as I turned 18. I don't have to anymore. Now I have a family. The little girl you saw was Aubrey she has basically been my little sister.
And she is the only thing that has kept me going. Yesterday I got a text (i didnt say this) saying that Aubrey got adopted! I smile thinking about Aubrey getting a normal future and a happy life.
I stop talking waiting for a response. I don't get one everyone just comes up and hugs me. Connor says "were your family now, and we will always love you"
I feel loved and I know that Connor will always love and protect me. No matter what happens, this is my new family.
Connors POV
Tonight my baby girl Told me about her past.
I could tell it wasn't easy. I just wish I had thought about adopting sooner. Maybe I could have kept her from that horrible past.
But now I know there is another man out there who could try to find Ali. And I can't loose her. She's to important to me.
After Ali finishes her story I walk up to her and give her a big daddy bear hug. It's probably a good thing I don't have a girlfriend.
Because if I did I may have not adopted Ali. Or even though about it. That's why I'm glad I'm single because I can spend a lot more time with my daughter.
I know she is 13 but to me she is only a few days old. I'm glad she isn't a baby though. I know Ali is crying when I hear muffled sounds.
Then I just hold her in my lap and I tell her "we will always love you" she smiles and says thanks daddy. I don't think she knows how much that means to me. It really makes me smile bigger than I ever have.

Ali's POV
I help my dad make dinner. We decide chicken Parmesan is the best choice for tonight. We also make noodles.
Me and my dad are the best cooks. Well together we are. JC and Kian took there girl friends out. So it's just me,Trevor, dad and Sam I think Ricky is home to.
Lately Trevor has been quiet around me and I don't know why it kinda gets annoying. But I won't let it bother me.
I finish cooking and serve everyone. When I hand Trevor his he looks at me shyly and smiles. Why did he smile?
