She ran her gentle fingertips over her lover's once bright and lively face, which has now been demeaned
into pale, lifeless image of one's happiness.“May you give us a moment, kind sir. For speaking is needed between us.” The female instructed, not even raising her gaze to look up at the detective, for it was too fixated upon lover's corpse.
The detective shivered as he felt the demand in her tone of voice, as he took the hint and made his way out. Her eyes finally traveled their way up to the door that was which closed when a silent creak. She let out a soft sigh, feeling a twisted, pained smile make its way upon her lips as she moved the curly, soft hair out of the closed eyes of her lover.
“Well, I guess you never told me lies. You at least came back in one piece, that's something I greatly appreciate from you.” she spoke into the air, as if he were listening. Female's fingertips slowly, but still soft as silk slipped away from lover's gentle face. She let out pained laugh, fixing her blazer and collared shirt, walking around to get an even closer look at lover's face.
There she stood in silence, eyes making rapid movements across the figure. Eyes closed, softly lidded. A silent scream. Eyes reopened. A smile.
“Well, you know what I am going to say, don't you? May God's wrath be gentle and kind against your judgement.” So many emotions in just two sentences spoken. Anger, pain, sadness, grief, guilt. A palm to rest against such a cold face. A smile risen as the setting reality comes into play. Sweet lover's embrace turns into unspoken words and loveless apologies. Such reckless actions led to such true love.
As she stood silently, sweet and warm saltwater made its way to lover's face, as if it rained when upon him. The swirling emotions came into life, as she felt a strong, almost overpowering surge of an electrical current run through her fingertips, making its way into the body of a corpse. Light into the body spread, veins appearing as her heals made their way back against a cold wall, such excitement, such pain.
The lover, with now wide eyes, quickly sat up with a large breath.
“You're never going to God get his way to me, are you?” The amazingly deep voice for such a young age spoke to the female, such a dull reaction for such lovely eyes. A quick smile, a quick stretch led to a stand.
Female, such excitement, such curiosity, but, everything entangled in fear. Composure kept. Few strides to lover. A scowl, but a playful pout. So little actions at once, took an eternity. Embrace, to feel his warmth once again, was death, but this death, this death was her cure.
“Let us just stay like this. Till death find its way to us, to set sweet lover's pain free. Please.”
