When you meet
You were a transfer student and Kendo was helping you out and showing you around. She was showing you around, and helping you find your classes and shortcuts to get to them when loud yelling and laughing caused you both to stop.
"Who in the world is that?"
"Ugh. That's just Monoma picking on class 1-A again. Stay here for a second," She said, walking over to the kid. She hit him in his neck and your eyes widened softly as he slowly collapsed. "Quit annoying them, Monoma." She started to drag him away and back over to you.
"Is he okay?" She looked up, smiling at you.
"Oh, he's fine, don't worry about him," She said and you both started to walk away.
Once he woke up, you were sitting with him.
"Who are you?" You froze, not realizing that he had woken up, and you looked over at him. "I-I'm a transfer student, my name is Y/n," You held out your hand, and he shook it with a smile. "You're in class 1-B as well, right?"
"Yeah. My name is Neito Monoma." He said. He then started to talk about how class 1-A sucks and how they should be wallowing in shame. The stuff he said made you laugh.
'I like him. He's funny.' You thought.

When you meet again
You needed help with your work in class, and Kendo wasn't there that day, so the only other person you could ask was Monoma.
You hesitated before you walked over to him and tapped his shoulder. He turned around and looked down at you. "Yeah?" 
"Could you help me with this? I don't understand it..."
"You really don't get this?" You shook your head and he tilted his before picking up his pen. "Alright, I'll help you." He said and you both took a seat.
He started to explain to you what you had to do and how to do it. Once you were finished, you hugged him.
"Thank you for helping me. I appreciate it." You said and he smiled as you stood up and went to go give it to the teacher.

When they get feelings for you
Instead of picking on class 1-A, Monoma was actually watching you. You were talking to Kendo and a few other girls, but you were standing slightly behind her and not talking much.
He found it cute that you were still nervous, and he smiled as he saw you looking around the cafeteria.
'They're adorable when they're nervous... God, I can't like them, what is Kendo gonna think? Can I even tell them? Will they like me the same way I like them...?'
You noticed him, and your eyes lit up as you waved. He smiled as he waved back, and you were about to mouth something to him, but someone asked you a question, making you look away.
He smiled to himself, shaking his head. 'I'm gonna have to tell them somehow.'

When you get feelings for them
You were at your house texting Kendo, as she was asking you how you were enjoying your couple of months at the school.
Kendo: I'm glad that you're enjoying it! What do you think about the students, is there anybody you have the hots for?
You looked up from your phone, it powering off from inactivity as you thought. 'I haven't really thought about that yet...'
A notification came to your phone, causing it to turn back on, and you looked at your wallpaper, which was you, Monoma, and Kendo taking a selfie. You smiled, swiping up to unlock your phone, but it widened when you saw the selfie that Monoma had taken with you.
'Monoma is... cute, and he's really funny... He's nice to me, but we bully each other...'
You: Maybe?
Kendo: SPILL RN
You: okayokayokayokay
You: Monoma is really nice to me
Kendo: Are you serious??? Him???
You: Stoppp it's not my fault
Kendo: You need help
You laughed, looking back at your wallpaper with a smile.

When they confess
You were walking home from school when someone tapped your shoulder making you jump. You looked back to see Monoma standing out of breath, and you sighed in relief.
"Are you alright?" You asked, and he laughed, burying his hand in his hair.  "Y-Yeah, I'm okay. I was just a little worried when you weren't at the gate,"
You paused for a moment but buried your face in your hands. "I-I'm so sorry, I had completely forgotten you asked to walk home with me!"
"Hey, it's fine," He ruffled your hair, making you look up. "Besides, I wanted to tell you something..."
"What is it?" He then took both of your hands, making you blush softly, but tilt your head. 
"I... I really like you, Y/n," You paused, not thinking that he meant it in the way you wanted. 
"I like you too, Monoma. You know that." You tilted your head and he laughed, shaking his.
"No, Y/n. I like you... more than just a friend,"
"Really? You're serious, this isn't a prank?" You took both of his hands, and he laughed. "I'm serious. I really li-"
You hugged him tightly, laughing. "I like you too! I never thought that you would like me like this!" He smiled, hugging you back.
