Little Games

It's A Date. Maybe..?

"H-hello Kageyama!" Hinata said loudly to the taller male. "How are you doing today?"

Kageyama smiled softly at him. "I'm doing quite well now that I'm here." He said. "And how are you doing?"

Hinata flushed a darker red. "I'm doing good today, thank you for asking." He said in a gentle voice.

Kageyama nodded at him slowly. "Ah, no problem." He said. "I would like a dark roast please."

Hinata nodded and smiled happily at him. "One dark roast coming up! Anything else for you?"

Kageyama shook his head. "No thank you. I'm okay.." He said, looking over Hinata's features. "How much is it?"

Hinata looked down and smiled. "Uh.. it's.. it's on the house today." He said in a soft tone.

"Oh, well thank you Hinata. That's kind of you." Kageyama said softly, smiling at him.

He shook his head. "No problem Kageyama."

Hinata made his coffee and gave it to him with a big smile. "And here you go!" He said in a happy voice. "If you need anything else, just tell me!"

Kageyama nodded at him and took his coffee. He walked to a table by the counter and sat down. He sipped at his morning coffee slowly, taking quick glances at Hinata. Customers started to flood into the Café. Hinata took their orders, his gaze usually wandering to the beautiful man with dark blue eyes. His blush rising up from his neck to his cheeks and even the tips of his ears. After an hour, Kageyama left the coffee shop, only to come back at closing.

"Kageyama? You're here again?" Hinata asked softly, tilting his head.

He nodded quickly. "Yeah, I was umm.. I was wondering if you.. I don't know.. maybe wanted to go out to a movie or something..?" Kageyama asked, a light blush on his cheeks as he rubbed the back of his neck. "We don't have to go if you don't want to though.."

Hinata smiled and nodded. "I would love to! When and what time would you want to go out?" He asked, a big smile lighting up his face.

"We could go tomorrow at 8:30? I like going to the later movies rather then the day ones." Kageyama said, looking Hinata over.

Hinata felt a dark blush climbing at his cheeks as he nodded. "Ah, I-I see. Yeah, let's go tomorrow then. I'll see you at 8:30." He said softly.

Kageyama smiled. "Okay, I'll come and pick you up then." He said, walking to the door of the coffee shop.

"Y-yeah! Goodbye Kageyama!" Hinata yelled out to him, waving a goodbye as he walked out.

Kageyama smiled and returned the gesture, waving back at Hinata. Hinata couldn't help but smile at the thought of going out with Kageyama. A bubbly feeling rising up in his chest as excitement for the coming evening consumed him.

'A date!' Hinata thought. 'A real date with Kageyama!' He giggled

~Next Day~

For the rest of the time Hinata was working, he couldn't help but get a bit distracted from the thought of really going out with the handsome guy hes been looking at for so long. Yamaguchi and him swapped places after awhile because he started to mix up orders, so Hinata got sent to the back room to stock supplies. That night Hinata locked up the coffee shop and waited infront of it for Kageyama. After a couple seconds, a car showed up. It was a beautiful black, that had tinted windows for the back seats. The passanger side window rolled down and he saw Kageyama with a tiny smile on his face. Hinata blushed and glanced down at his shoes.

"What are you waiting for? Get in so we can go. Don't want to miss the movie do we?" Kageyama said softly to the other male.

Hinata nodded and opened the passanger side door. He got in and sat down, turning to look over at Kageyama. A soft look crossing over his face as he looked at him. Kageyama looked at Hinata, smiling. Hinata blushed and looked away quickly. Kageyama started to drive to the movie theater.
