"I'm sort of busy, next time" Daniel says."We-", he looks at you in the eyes. You thought to yourself,"he doesn't care anyways"
"Okay. Just call me when you have time"
"Alright", he says kind of irritated but not wanting to sound rude
I walk away and head to first period, I couldn't stop thinking
"Why is he acting like this?", "did I do something wrong?", "what is it because I pushed him away that day?"
My teacher notices that I'm not paying attention to what she's saying and calls me out
"Y/n, is there something wrong?"
I look up
"No ma'am", I say and take out my notebook to write down the notes on the board
After school I see Daniel laughing with some of his friends in the hallway, it looks like he's waiting for someone after his friends go home
I walk up to him, "Hey", I say. "Oh, hi", he says and looks at the car that is picking him up from school, "I got to go, talk to you later" he says before I open my mouth to say something
"Bye" I say and walk away. My mom arrives and picks me and my siblings. She drives us home and then leaves to go back work. She uses her lunch break from work to pick up me and my siblings, sometimes though.
I walk upstairs to my room and throw my backpack on the floor. "Why is he acting so weird around me?? Why is he ignoring me out of nowhere? What did I do?" I say to myself in my head
I try to get rid of those thoughts from my head so I get started on my homework, but out of nowhere I get a Snapchat message from his friend Zachery
Zach is typing...
From Zach
I open his snapchat message
"You're such a slut, I don't know why Daniel is still even dating you, I saw you with Noah a few days ago at the ice-cream shop"
I don't know how to react or what to say to this nonsense
I start typing...
"That's a lie🙄, me and Noah are just friends, that's it, you know nothing about me to say anything."
I sent it and wait for him to reply
Zach is typing...
"It's so obvious Noah and you are dating, Daniel wants nothing to do with you anymore"
I don't respond to that because I know it's all lies.
I keep thinking about what Zach said to me so I call Daniel
"Hello?" Daniel says. "Hi,um, were you talking about me to Zach?" I say
"What are you talking about?" He asks
"He texted me on Snapchat and called me a slut, he also said you want nothing to do with me anymore"
"What the hell, I-" he says but you interrupt him
"Dont make an excuse, tell me the truth, did you tell him you don't want to be with me anymore?" I say
"Y/n, listen, I didn't say I want to break up with you, where are you even getting this from?" Daniel says confused
"You've been acting weird lately, and kind of been ignoring me" I say
"Because I'm busy!" He says, "I was going to ask if you wanted to come to the Zach's party this Friday night?"
"Sure..." I say
"Alright" Daniel says and ends the call
I finally get started on my homework I said I would work on

The next day I get ready for school and do my morning routine

THE OUTFIT YOU WEAR I head to school and see Noah"Hi!" I say,"hey", Noah says excitedly

            THE OUTFIT YOU WEAR
I head to school and see Noah
"Hi!" I say,"hey", Noah says excitedly.
We talk and head to first period together.
At lunch time I decide to sit at Daniel's table. "Hi" I say and sit down, some of his friends were also at the table, including Zach...
Zach is one of Daniel's closest friends, so coming from HIM made me a little uncomfortable sitting at the table with him knowing what he said about me, Daniel didn't even get mad at him for calling me a slut which kind of upset me. Why would he allow his friend to call me a slut?
"Who's coming to the party this Friday?", asks Matthew.
"I know I am", Daniel says, he looks at you, "ya me too" I say
"So you guys are going together?", asks Zach
"Y-yeah, I mean who else would I go with?" He says
"Hmm, okay" Zach says
I look at Daniel confused, lunch break is over and I head to my next period
