Not again, lagi nalang kaming ganito. Mag-aaway tapos magbe-break but we always end up being with each other kasi sobrang mahal namin ang isa't isa.
"C'mon Jess, we already talked about this. Yan nanaman tayo sa mga break up line na yan eh." sabi ko as I held on to her wrist and slowly pulled herself towards me.
"This time it's different." she said as she let go of my grip.
"Hindi mo na ba ako mahal? Pota, may iba ka na ba?" I said angrily and looked her in the eye. She looked hurt and tired. Her eyes are blank and not happy anymore, napatulala ako as I saw how a tear dropped down her lonely eyes.
"Mahal kita Brent, sobra. Ikaw lang ang minahal ko ng ganito and because I love you so much, I am willing to let you go."
I'm confused. Bakit niya ako pakakawalan kung mahal naman niya ako? How did we end up in this kind of situation? Masaya kami dati eh, paano nangyaring nasasaktan na kami ngayon?
"Look Jess, babe, If it's because of my busy schedule, I'm so sorry kahit paulit-ulit na'to. Please bear with me, I'll make it up to you okay? Just one more year babe, please hang on."
"Yun na nga eh we're both busy now. I'm on my last semester and you with all your commitments pero alam mong suportado kita Brent. My point is, minsan na nga lang tayo may time for each other tapos ganito nalang lagi. Brent, ang toxic na ng relationship natin nakakapagod na."
She started walking away from me but I chased her and hugged her from behind. I cannot let this woman go, she's my life.
"Babe please, I-I can change,I will change babe please don't leave me." Pagmamakaawa ko sa kanya but it seemed like she already made up her mind.
"I'm sorry Brent, please let me go. Before we destroy each other, let me go."
And that was the last thing I ever heard from her.
