Summary
Belize is stricken in severe poverty. With the desperation of keeping the country financially stable, the Prime Minister conducts one of the most inhuman experiments; creating a living nuclear weapon to sell to the highest bidding country.
The government's experiment does not succeed in creating a weapon. Instead, they have created a monster. The country needs this thing alive and so, she must be fed and she yearns for human flesh.
Becoming hopeless, the government funds the Ministry of Education to permit one school entry to Rocky's Point as an 'educational' field trip and to abandon a number of students -- a feast.
The government may allow one student to escape but forbids the survivor to ever confess to the anterior events.
Though, would anyone really believe a stupid student?
