The dining room was now in full chaos. Witches and wolf guards a like began yelling at one another as my mother was yelling at my Dad. Anderson was also yelling at my dad taking Moms side.

"Enough!" I growled jumping up and slamming my hands on the table as my eyes glowed violet. "Silence."

My pack grinned behind me as they stared down the witches across from us who where terrified. I had never yelled at any of them before, so that now paired with my violet eyes had them quiet. Mom was sitting back in her chair sniffing, and Dad was looking at me as if I had just committed treason. Anderson smiled up at me admiringly.

"Wedding?" I now questioned my father. "What wedding?"

He stared at me, making me sit down and Anderson didn't like me submitting.

"In order to take the crown you need to be married." He said nonchalantly, "Since you found a suitable match."

"You cannot do this." Mom demanded, "There are multiple traditions at stake here."

"The fraction is at stake!"

"Hey!" Anderson stood up pointing at Dad, "Don't you yell at her."

Dad looked at him surprised and then looked at me expectantly. I stood up, and making sure to make eye contact with Dad, I reached over and grabbed Anderson's hand claiming where my loyalty lays. Dad boiled.

"I will agree to the condition of marriage."

"Quinn?" Mom looked at me.

"Mate?"

I put up a hand, "I will marry Anderson tomorrow by midnight on one condition.

"Granted." Dad clenched his teeth.

"Mom, you are to rule for me as I'm gone."

Mom looked down nodding defeatedly, and she sniffed.

I turned leaving the room and the pack followed me out. I headed back to my room and stormed inside. Anderson was on my heels closing the door.

"How could you do that? How could you let him disrespect you? " He questioned angrily. "How could you agree to his terms for a forced marriage?"

"Forced," My anger dwindled and my voice broke, as I turned to face him. "You, you dont want to m-mary me?"

"Mate no," He sighed, shoulders sagging, " Of course I want to marry you."

I covered my mouth and turned away from him trying to silence my sobs.

"Quinn." He sighed and touched my arm, " Please face me little wolf."

I raised my free hand and put it on his chest.

"Please leave me alone."

"No. I refuse."

I turned into him letting my broken sobs fill the room.
