there was silence circling over them now. taehyung nervously sips on his chocolate milk as he looks out the window seeing the sun setting down already. he glances at namjoon: looking out the window as well and admiring mother nature before he speaks.

"look taehyung, i just wanna say thank you,"
he sighs, turning to look at him.

"i just feel like i didn't say it properly to you so, thank you," he gives him a smile that taehyung has never seen before, he starts feeling butterflies in his stomach seeing the dimples that namjoon has and how his eyes turn into crescents.

he was starting to realize he was staring too long before he gives back namjoon a response,

"oh, don't mention it. i-it's okay,"
he gives back namjoon his box smile, making namjoon chuckle at how cute his smile was.

'did i just think that taehyung's smile was cute?'
he questions himself before shaking his head a bit before asking.

"why were you climbing from your tree?"
he all of sudden asks, remembering that he saw the whole scene of taehyung climbing onto a tree and into his house.

taehyung blushes a little, embarrassed to know that namjoon saw that.
"oh that, um.."
taehyung decides he should just tell namjoon everything since, well, he saw everything.

"i left my keys somewhere.."
he shrugs slightly. he looks up to see namjoon just nodding as he plays with the straw of his drink between his fingers.

"well, what about your parents?"
he asks, that's when taehyung gets all red from what he saw his parents doing on the couch. he hides behind his hands, groaning softly at the scene.

"hey, what's wrong?"
he softly asks, seeing taehyung's ears go red a bit.

taehyung clears his throat, bracing himself to tell namjoon.

"they were, um...fucking."
he mumbles, silence was took over them but not before long when he hears namjoon burst out laughing. his hand over his mouth as his eyes close from the laughter.

"h-hey, it's not funny,"
he pouts at him, crossing his arms.

namjoon wipes invisible tears looking at taehyung's pout displayed on his lips.

"cute."
namjoon widens his eyes, surprised at what he just said out loud.

"what?"
