Time Master A/N:

I get these questions a lot so I'll just address them here! :D

How did you come up with this story? Where is the original?
Uh... this is the only place you can really find anything about the Haikyuu!! Dream Catchers alternate universe because I made it up... after I had a weird black and white dream two years ago where Suga saved me dressed in a dark cloak – with all the details of the story you're reading! It just bothered me that the dream didn't end, so here I am finishing it because it was so weird... But if it helps, I added more to the story by loosely is basing it off of Puella Magi Madoka Magica so it's obviously going to have a happy ending.

What does each palace look like?
The palaces are forever changing because the middle of Knowhere is not stagnant. All of the worlds are empty and quiet while hosting its dream catchers. In the distance if you listen closely you can hear nightmares screaming but they shouldn't be anything to worry about if you are inside a palace.

Midnight Palace:

It's always night time here but you would think you were probably in some type of space ship made of glass with as many stars that you are looking at through high windows. The hallways often stretch on and disappear into the distance. There are many doors and stairs that transverse space; it is very easy to get lost and this place becomes optimal for hiding secrets. Modelled after Buckingham Palace, Palace of Versailles, and Winter Palace.

Dawn Palace: The sun is always rising here and it always feels like you're the first one awake even though it's probably not true. There is a red and warm glow to it along with gardens located outside of this palace's traditional sliding doors and small ponds with calming trickling water (with cute little koi fish) to rest by. After the rising sun, the main sources of lighting in this palace are lanterns and golden balls of light. Modelled after Thai Hoa Palace, Kumamoto Castle, Shenyang Imperial Palace, Kyoto Imperial Palace.

Dusk Palace: The sun is always setting here and there is SO MUCH sand surrounding the palace. Sand gets everywhere, it tags along in the wind, dream catcher's clothes, on the palace's ornate floors, etc. The ceilings are made of constellations, and the book shelves and walls are covered with ivy. There are really no doors, just what seems like endless arcades, and the outside is pretty much connected to the inside, so it may also get a bit chilly. Modelled after La Mezquita de Córdoba, Nasir al-Mulk Mosque, and Riad Salam Fes.

Midday Palace: It's always bright and sunny here no matter what time of day it is. It's a calming peaceful place, full of bright seas, skies, flowers, and the smell of the ocean. It is not too warm or cold, and you can hear seagulls (or crows...?) if you close your eyes. Less of a palace and the only place that seems like a small town on the side of a steep cliff of an island. Modelled after Sicily, Mykonos, Santorini, and Ancient Rome.

How do Limits get their numbers (not countdowns, but their name number)? Or is it just a random number...?
Not really. I just choose interesting dates that may fit them.

Kenma/Limit 229 - February 29, 1898 - the strange day Kenna fell into his coma. A day that was far ahead of its time just like his ideas for peace.

Yachi/Limit 724 - July 24, 1969 - Apollo 11 returned safely to Earth, completing the mission of landing a human on the moon and safely bringing them back.

Yahaba/Limit 1001 - October - the month where bridal fashion week is usually held. Need I say more? ;)

Daichi has no number just yet. :P
