Ray's P.O.V

Layla brought all the stuff that she bought in her room and she locked herself in. I hope this isn't what she does everyday cause I want to see her pretty face every second of everyday. I want to make her mine but I think I probably messed that up.

The only reason I went to Wal-Mart was to buy picnic related stuff. I'm going to set up a picnic in our field. Then I bought a projector so we can watch a movie on the wall outside. And I have food and flowers and I'm going to ask her to be my girlfriend.

*walks up to Layla's door*

Me- Layla can you come outside and meet me in the field

Layla- why

Me- it's a surprise

Layla- ok can you give me like 20 min I'm almost done with everything

Me- alright

I went back outside to make sure I had everything. We were gonna watch her favorite movie Transformers the age of extinction. Then we're gonna eat her favorite snack, pretzels. Her favorite fruit, strawberries. Her favorite chips, doritos. Then her favorite food, chicken wings. And her favorite soda cherry Dr pepper. Then 20 min passed and I went to her room.

Me- are you done now

Layla- wait annnnnd now I am I'm coming

She walked out and I grabbed her and put my hands on her eyes.

Layla- what are you doing

Me- do I have to keep repeating myself it's a surprise

Layla- oh my gosh

I went out to our area and uncovered her eyes. She looked happy and surprised.

Layla- what's this

Ray- it's all your favorites fruit, movie, snack, food, soda.

Me- oh my gosh you listened to me.

She ran over to me and kissed me and I kissed back.

Me- shall we?

Layla- we shall

We watched the movie and during the movie we ate almost all the food. I was so happy when I saw her so happy. Then the movie finished.

Layla- thanks for doing all of this just for me

Me- no problem but I have something to ask you

Layla- sure what is it

Me- umm I wanted to say that I love your vibe. Your funny, I love your style, your sweet, you have a tomboy feel. The whole time we were in your room I love our conversations and as you can see I listened to every detail about you. The accident that happened at Wal-Mart will never happen ever again. I just wanted to ask will you be my girl. I want to protect you I want to hold you tight when you are down. I want to be there for you.

I looked into her eyes it looked like she was holding in tears. That's when she hugged me.

Layla- yes

I held her head up and kissed her and she kissed back. We stood there kissing for like 5 min then we packed up and went inside.

Me- Layla what did you do today that took up the whole day

Layla- I was trying to do enough work for today and tomorrow so tomorrow I don't have anything to do

Me- oooo that's smart but what stuff did you do

Layla- well I analyzed the information from the meeting to see what stuff y'all like so you can be comfortable doing whatever your doing. Then when I was done with that I booked you guys for stuff that might be fun.

Me- oh ok so tomorrow your free

Layla- yup I kind of wanted to explore this house and start getting used to it

Me- I can be your tour guide

Layla- ok that'll be fun

*laughs*

I looked at my watch and it was 8:56. There was time to do something else but it looked like she was too tired to do anything else. She sat down at the table and went on instagram. I went and started hugging her from behind and looking at her timeline with her.

Layla- Ray I'm tired

Me- then go to sleep you did a lot today

Layla- alright goodnight bae

She said kissing me.

Me- goodnight babygirl

She walked to her room and after a while I saw the lights turn off. Today was a productive day. It was up and down but my favorite part was when I got a girlfriend. But I'm feeling I little to tired so ima go to sleep soooo goodnight.
