As the group of my so-called friends walked away, I whispered into the wind," Because of you."

Finally. Mum was right, one person in this world would find me, and they'd help me. Only, I never would've expected it to be Elijah.

I smiled. "Okay, let's mend the broken pieces of us."

That was the day everything in my life changed, because in that second, he grabbed my hand, and I felt everything. The tingles in my hands that you've heard of, the miniscule explosions in my stomach, the blood rushing to my cheeks. The best art, though, was that I knew he felt everything I did, and that he was largest piece I needed to fix my broken glass. No, our glass.
