Aerus and its Saviors

Prologue

This is a transcription of events that happened in a place far away, but similar to your own. In a world full of people, everyone had a special ability. This ability was determined by someone's genealogy.

There were five different abilities that one could possess. Everyone was born with a single ability except for the few that had a mix in their heritage. These abilities were all static, passive.

These five abilities varied in strength depending on the person's stature. The rarest one was called Beau. This one blessed all who have it with unparalleled beauty. Men, women, and even children were envied for their looks.

The next one was also rare. This one was labelled Lect. This ability granted extraordinary intelligence and comprehension skills. This was rare because they feared that if they had a lineage outside of pureblood Lect, that their intelligence would be diluted, stained.

The other three were the rest of the population, almost equivalent to one another. One of the remaining three is named Grav.

Those with this power feel as light as a feather and are as such with their emotions. These people are the happiest on the planet. Aside from their emotions and their feeling of weightlessness, these people were great in sports. Onto Ath.

Ath was the one of the stranger powers; it made people explosive. They would get angry easily. These people would have a fiery temper that would often get them into trouble with other people that didn't have their gift. Lastly, the gift known as Frii.

Frii gave people the coldest personality anyone could think of. They were cold in all aspects ranging from temperature and personality. Everything they did was as if it had been calculated several times before it had been accomplished.

The planet on which they reside is called Aerus, meaning peace from a long forgotten language. All of these peoples live on different continents. Arkis was for those gifted with Grav. Their continent revolved around anything that involved sporting. Fretha went to those with Frii. The collective body temperature of the people living there turned the shore frozen, meaning they couldn't travel by sea easily.

Ech was for those of which were the most mal-tempered. The nation was essentially surround by a hot tub of an ocean. The fairest of all the planet lived in Ambii. The nation was the most popular for people to take vacations to because of all the beautiful people residing there. The continent of Firus was reserved for people with absolutely most intelligence on Aerus.

These continents, nations were in a circular pattern. With this situation, the leaders of every people created a school. This school was for those who wish to master their gifts and be of the most help to their nation in its goals. This school was were everyone converged and learned about everything they needed to know how to survive anywhere on Aerus.

This school was named Un. Un, it's a simple name, but it has many meanings behind it. The founders intended the name to show the world that everyone was accepted. The unwelcome. The undermined. The unwanted. The unaware. The school takes in everyone, no matter who they are or were. The founders made a pact, a pact that every director would have to follow.

None of the directors are to have more power than any other. Each director sticks to their own faction of the school. If a student is willing to learn, they must be taught. Everyone is to be accepted, no matter who.

Any break in this pact would cause a director to be exiled from the school. This has happened only once in the entirety of the school's history, but that is a detail for another time. With this school came worry. How would the children travel to and from school everyday? They wouldn't. it would be a boarding school. How would the bloodlines stay pure? They should. That was the problem.

With interaction with other people comes love. Eventually, people began falling in love with other factions. When this started, nobody knew about it. It started with two people. One of them was from the Lect faction and the other from Beau. People were outraged when they found out that two factions were coming together in such a way.

Many believed it to be a peace treaty, but only the factions themselves knew what was really happening. The families faced great shame for their offspring acting in such a way. Names were called and the family couldn't take it anymore. The parents of each family took their own lives, but their other offspring didn't.

The lovers ended up having a child after they graduated from Un. Later, when the child could speak, they found out that the child had both of their traits. When this was revealed to the world, the other nations tried doing the same thing. Most of the attempts to create a child with multiple power were failures, but the rare few were hated by those who were labeled as failures.

The world eventually cared less and less for the craze that was the "hybrid children." While most of the families stopped, there were still some who tried to accomplish this deed. A few families even tried to go as far as creating "ultimates." Ultimates were those that had every trait possible.

As a result of the hybrid attempt by the planet, the barriers between cultures fell away and everyone fell in love with whoever they wanted. A few families still have pureblood descent, but with the rising mix, it wouldn't be for much longer.

The original hybrid's family was famous throughout time. At some point, nobody cared anymore. That family could almost have whoever they wanted because of the high chance of another hybrid, or even the slim possibility of an ultimate. This transcript will follow the events around said family. The family is the most precarious and interesting family of them all.

On October 3rd, in the year 2057, a child was born into the aforementioned family. This was no ordinary child. The parents looked at the baby and gave him a name. That was the day Aerus was introduced to Alex, the first ultimate.
