Slow warmth spread from her checks to her groin at his demand. She tried to straighten herself against his chest; it was too much physical contact for her. She needed to get away from the Alpha; she didn't like how her body responded to his. She was stronger than this. She turned her face to meet his determination set in her eyes.

"I am sorry alpha but that is highly inappropriate. Enjoy the party." She slipped under his arm that was rested against the wall.

Once she was able to distant herself from him her body returned back to normal. She thought about asking her mom about it but figured Luke was probably a better option. The boy was always in and out of relationships.

Since she was unable to get a drink and wanted to put as much space between her and Adam as possible she fished the vile out and took a few more drops frowning at the half empty bottle. The warmth pooled in her stomach. She would just have to avoid the Alpha until the assessment and then he would return to his pack and she would never have to see him again.

It wasn't long till Fallow was back on the dance floor with Luke, Payton and Mia. Their bodies swayed to the music as they sang along. They weren't great dancers in their drunken state but they didn't seem to care as they bumped into the people around them, sending them in a fit of giggles.

Looking at her friends, she realized how much is missed out on. She hardly got to see any of them due to her schedule and was constantly bailing out of breakfast and coffee dates. Remorse suddenly filled her and she knew she was in trouble. She wanted to stay as far away from being emotional drunk as possible but couldn't help a tear that fell from her eye as she watched Payton and Mia sandwich Luke, grinding him between the two. She watched at Payton wiggled up against his back like a horizontal worm. She was beautiful but she couldn't dance to save her life. She always seemed to be able to dance completely off beat but nothing about her stuck to the norm. Her friends stared at her when she burst into laughter.

"Are you guys trying to seduce him, jeez keep it PG13." Her hands were on her waist as the laughter racked through her body.

"Your just jealous of my skills. You never know Patrick might just have to find a new boy toy." Payton said seductively. Fallow's sides began to hurt from laughing too much.

"I think the only place you cannot seduce anyone is on the dance floor." Payton stuck her tongue out and threw her hands up in the air.

"What's so funny guys?" Landon pulled up behind her and brought her waist against him. She continued to sway to the music and enjoy the feeling of warmth coming from him.

"Payton's dance moves." She holding his hands against her waist.

"Can we talk later?" He asked in her hair. She giggled and nodded and realized how much she had missed him. They had been friends with benefits a year ago before Landon left for training. She relaxed in his arms at the familiarity. He brought his mouth down to the crook of her neck. His blonde hair tickled her ear while his breath warmed her neck.

"Are you free this season?" He asked seductively, placing a gentle kiss on her neck.

Turning to face him she took him his shoulder length hair and deep brown eyes. His hard sharp cheek bones and the crook in his nose from it being broke over and over again. Landon was one of the pack's warriors and a couple years older than her.

"It just so happens that I am." She smiled brightly up at him, wrapping her arms around his shoulders. With a little pressure on the back of his neck she brought his face to hers. The kiss was sweet and short and more appropriate than she would have liked. She knew he would put his mouth to work the minute they were alone. As sweet as Landon was he was amazing in the bedroom.
