i got to val's house and went down to the beach where she told me she was.

i knew my way down to the beach because i literally live at val's house while i'm in oahu. i got to the bottom of the path leading down to the black sand beach and see someone sitting drawing.

"VAL!" i yell running towards my best friend ready to tackle her.

"OMG YOUR HERE! ITS BEEN 2 MONTHS!" val screamed right into my ear as she fell to the sand from my tackle.

i always miss val even if we were away for 2 days. she is my best friend.

we finally let go and ofcourse start gossiping.

"so who's this malachi hills dude?" val asks showing me his insta profile.
"oh wait is that the dude that commented on my recent?" i questioned.

"yeah he is, and he's literally you're type! but his friend he tagged, i call dibs" i chuckled at val's remark.
"has he dm'ed u yet?" val asked.
"i haven't looked. lemme check!"

i open instagram and see i have 14 new dm's and one is from malachi, and of course i replied. what can i say, he was my type.

i turned off my phone to tell val the plan.

"hey v. so malachi is gonna be with caleb-"
i was interrupted with val screaming 'yes' at me before i even finished my sentence.

"let me finish please" i said in between giggles. val nodded vigorously.

"as i was saying! they live next to banzai, and i asked malachi and were gonna meet them at the shack in 15."

"fucking yes! can we invite them over here after?" val suggested.

"ok bet, but let's see how this goes first." i said with a wide smile.
