0.4 ♡first steps

Working with the new CEO for a few weeks has taught me many things about the young mogul. Firstly that he was 2 years my junior and always talked to me formally, even though Mr. Jung was my employer. It made me feel awkward but I didn't mind it. Among other things that I've learned was that he loves to hum tunes when he was alone or focusing on paperwork. I say alone but it was like he was in his own mind, while, I sat across him waiting on answers to paperwork and other things.

Sitting across him gave me the opportunity to look closer at him. Sounds strange but he was a very good looking man and I just couldn't help but stare. Little to none imperfections on his skin, I also couldn't help but to be envious. That's when I knew what kind of man jung Jaehyun was.

Someone who unintentionally made others envy while loving everything about him, clueless but not naive, stern but not a cold hearted person. But who am I to think that I know him? Well maybe along the way he'll surprise me with more.

Haerin is five months now, the schedule was pretty much the same, now that I've enrolled her in day care. Johnny was slowly coming around the idea. In his words "no one can take care of her better than her mother".

Yeah, it only made the decision much easier.

"Sir, I'm going to need you to review these for me and sign them." I say handing a few form to Mr. jung. He takes them and scans through the many pages.

"It's kind of weird how you call me sir, don't you think?" This question took me off guard. I see that he wasn't even looking at me but the papers in his hands. That is until he stops and now his eyes were on me, an eyebrow quirked.

"I'd say it's appropriate sir." I clear my throat, the awkwardness in my body slowly creeping back up. A small smirk on lips made me avoid his face. It was something he wanted to hear, and I had given it to him.

"Well, I have news for you secretary lee." He informs handing me back the now signed forms. Mr. jung's fingers graze over the papers sprawled out on top of his desks, finally catching one in between his fingers.

I see a bit of it and I see it has my name and picture on it. Feeling a bit embarrassed thinking about my employee ID picture.

"You'll be promoted to private secretary."

A/N: look I'm sorry I've been MIA for the past days when I promised updating soon. I have an excuse okay :) I'm moving so on top of working I'm super busy.

But that won't stop me from updating as frequent as possible. This was short because I felt like it needed to be a filler because the next chapter will be longer than this.

Now, let me tell y'all how I almost wrote this sexual asf....but that won't happen any time soon because this isn't a smut book babes. And if anyone wants to write me a good smut scene when the times comes for me to add one then send one over because god knows I won't write one LMAO.
