The Nerd And The Jock (Alice × Human! Alan)

First day

Alice's POV

"CRAP!!! I'M GONNA BE LATE!!!! AND ON MY FIRST DAY TOO!!!" I screamed at the top of my lungs which surprisingly didn't wake up my dad. I had woken up late it was 8:30 and school started at 9:00! If I'm late or get detention it would be the end of the world to me. I'm that kind of nerd who is shy, introverted, and who is always studying. If I'm studying for hours on end Rosie would have to pull me away from my books litteraly. But that stopped when she had to move to a different school 3 years ago. I'm currently 15 and in 10th grade. I was always a smart cookie so I had to be in a grade higher than all my classmates but I didn't mind, they would either pick on me or make do their homework. Yes I'm at school. I really need to start working out more. I look up and see a student who was an angel "Hi! And welcome to Alicorn High! I'm Isa and I'll be giving you a tour of our school!" She said, I didn't say anything because just like I said I'm shy and a little introverted I will only talk to someone if it's either a teacher,friend, or my dad. As we walked through the school, I saw someone familiar I usually don't do this but after class I'm going to talk to her. After the tour I went to 2nd period and it was math! I love math (A/N IRL I suck at it at times but I like the subject) I hurried since I didn't want to miss this class I had to miss the first one because of the tour. I get to class and I see that same girl just then the teacher asks me to introduce myself, "M-my name is Alice and I'm 15 years old. I like to study and-" Just then someone screamed, "NERD!!!" the girl stood up and shouted at him saying, "Hey! Sam that wasn't very nice even though you are a jock dosnt mean you get a insult pass especially when it comes to new students! I had a friend and she was a nerd and she was amazing!" she reminded me so much of Rosie, she would always stand up for me since I'm really shy and would like to stay 92.96 million mi away from violence. I finished up with my introduction and the teacher (A/N I'm gonna have her me Ms. Herscher because that's the name of my 5th grade teacher and she was really nice) told me to sit by that girl which I did. During passing period I approach her and when I saw her face I jumped on her. "ROSIE!!!!" she was surprised and it took her a minuete to realize who  I was because I had cut my hair and had to get glasses because I was in a crash which had messed up my vision. During that hour we caught up on alot of stuff, "Be right back Rosie I'm gonna use the bathroom." "Ok." As I walked to the bathroom I turned into an empty hallway I think I made a wrong turn i thought I saw the bathroom at the end of the hall but it wasn't, I turned around to go to class but when I was halfway down the hall something or someone tripped me and I landed on this boy and I got scared.

Alan's POV

I was going to the empty hallway that nobody even goes to anymore to chill and play some games on my phone or do a few laps. It felt like a place where I could do what ever I wanted without anyone bugging me, including the students that dosnt have a cell phone. Everytime I brought out my phone just to check my notifications in case my mom texted me to check on me, I would get 15+ kids comming up to me asking to use my phone usually I would ignore them but now I would usually threaten them to get them to back off. As I walked into the hallway I thought I saw someone else but I knew that no one else knows about this area that's when she landed on me. I caught her, don't know why though. I didn't want to look at her but I could feel her tension. "Watch where you're going next time kid." I stated I put her down and started to pull out my phone to watch youtube and she just looked at me, "No I'm not giving you my phone  so don't ask." She kept standing there like an idiot.

Alice's POV

"No I'm not giving you my phone  so don't ask." He said. I wasn't gonna ask for his phone I must've looked like an idiot standing there so I just ran to class because it was almost time for class. Period 3 was art I can't wait to meet my art teacher. I looked at the clock and there was 2 mins left and I was nowhere near Art so I teleported. I hate teleporting because 1. it zaps my energy and 2. because I have to sleep for 1 hour and I don't want to do that so I'm gonna try to stay awake and during passing period I will sleep. I get there and that's when I start to drift off do NOT go to sleep stay awake the teacher was really nice because the teacher was Ink! "Ok my little artists, to start off the school year, we will be doing digital art, so bring out your devices that I have provided and we will be drawing self portraits!" He said but after he said "portraits" I passed out. When I woke up I noticed Rosie was standing over me. "Teleported again?" "Yeah. I was running late." "Dang not having a good day today huh?" "First I was almost late for school, then I get lost, then I'm almost late for class. And I passed out in the middle of the lesson." "Well fortunately Ink gave you a pass for sleeping after I explained. Good thing you didn't pass out in Errors class he would've given you detention." I guess I was lucky I get up and start walking to my next class which is on the other side of the building. Biology? Why did i get biology? I guess dad put me in this class. Why does he want me to become a botanist? I want to become a teacher. I was halfway there when I saw something down the hallway I  walked down there and it was 4 jocks bullying a little girl!

Girl: "P-please let me g-go. I'm sorry!"
Jock 1: "Sorry won't cut it! You came into our territory so now you're gonna pay up."

Wait these are the schools hallways no one gets to claim- crap! they saw me I stood there like a coward a jock in red and black picked me up and I dropped my biology books. I was always the scared pup in my family so my dad gave me a pepper spray that I can use to defend myself but I left it in my locker. He threw me next to the girl and they started hitting us I put my hands above my head, my tail between my legs, and curled up and wished for this to be over soon so I could get to class. After a few minutes they stopped I went a grabbed my books and booked it to class. When I got there I panting I'm lucky they didn't try touching my tail or ears. I caught my breath just as one of the students came out to look for me it was Fresh, he helped me up and asked what happened, after I explained he said he would get PJ to talk to them maybe they were part of his group. After class I just wanted to relax so I sat on one of the benches next to the gym (5th period) and fell asleep. I woke up laying down even though I remember falling asleep sitting up I saw that it was that boy from the hallway. I got up and ran into class as it was about to start. Crud that's Error! And why am I so sleepy today? "Alice why-why are you late?" L-late!?! "I'm sorry! I fell asleep on the bench outside and I just woke up!" "I'll give a pass this ONE time but only because you're new here." He stated. After school I found the library and started studying because Ms. Undyne had to put a test 2 weeks into the school year for cooking class. I always took extracurricular activities such as art/music club and cooking class. I was studying for two hours and then Goth came up to me. "Hey there ya new here?" "Huh? Oh yeah I am. Right now I'm studying for the cooking class test." "Oh ok, we'll let me know if you need anything." "Ok!" I continued studying until art/music Club started I went to the club and I saw there wasn't many people here and there was four 12th graders who was supervising us.

12th grader 1: you can draw what ever you want, or if you need to finish a art project you can do that too!

12th grader 3: Fridays we do assignments to see how much you've improved over the week.

After art club I was packing up to go home when Fresh walking and started talking to me, "Hey Alice, I'm not sure if you know this already but stay away from Alan." "Uh why?" "He's one of the biggest jocks in school and a bit of a pervert." "O-oh ok. Thanks for telling me" now I need a purse to carry my books and pepper spray in as I was walking outside the school I saw something on the bulletin board the top read 'Welcome to Alicorn High! I hope you enjoy it here.' And below there was the student names I read through them all I smiled when I saw Rosie's but two i was absolutely terrified, the first was Liams, my ex-bf and the second was Alan's, I realized that I had seen him in that hallway and that he could've done anything since we both were alone. It was November which ins weird but I guess Alicorn High is different from other schools so one of the things I put on my Xmas wish list was a purse. I didn't need anything fancy just something to put my pepper spray in and to carry stuff for my heat. When I got home I saw that my dad was drunk . . . again dad this is the 3rd time this week you need to stop he was asleep at the time so I used my magic to pick him up and put him in his room. I went downstairs to prepare stuff for his hangover.

*2 hours later*

I heard a knock at our door and I looked through the peep hole with my stepstool I'm almost as short as a 9 year old and I saw my mom so I didn't open the door. You left us when I was 3 and now you're back? No not happening. I told her to go away and that we don't want to see her.
