Alan's POV
Everyday for the past two months I visited Alice in the hospital, and everyday I would talk to her as if she was listening,  of course in school I kept up the act because no one needed to know I had a crush on someone. I always went to work which was a really well paying job and I had saved some money for her medical bill, I wanted to be the one who paid for it but I told them when I paid for it to not tell her I got looks from the staff like, "Ohhhhh you like her!" as in the lenny face 🙄.

The next day

Alice's POV

I have been trying to wake up all this time and then out of nowhere a bright light blinds me. "*surprised scream* Wh-wh-what the hell just happened???" I heard footsteps come towards my room, I was sooooo confused, "Hello Alice, you're finally awake! We were worried you weren't gonna wake up, it's been two months!" excuse me WHAT!?!? "You're gonna. Need a check up do we can make sure you're alright." I nodded my head and after the check up I was alright and I didnt have a magic use limit anymore! Which meant I didnt get exhausted from just a simple teleport. They called someone to bring me clothes but they never said their name, weird. Few mins later I saw Alan enter with an outfit, "Here. *tosses clothes* I bought you an outfit." I blushed a little and he exited my room while I got changed, are you kidding me!?!?! He had gotten me a crop top, fishnets, and a short skirt!

lan and Alice walked around the town just to hang out and get to know each other more.

Alan's POV
It was starting to get dark and now I was regretting making her wear that outfit, it was just too cute for me to not buy it! I noticed she was shivering and when she wasn't looking, I wrapped my jacket around her. I had a sweater and a t-shirt on underneath because the hospital is so damn cold! 2 minutes later she was fast asleep on my shoulder. It was too cute! She is gonna kill me just by being cute. I went on my phone and my mom had texted me saying that I'd better be home no later than 10:30, I told her I was gonna come home soon and with a friend. 9:30 I put my phone away, zipped up my jacket on Alice, and picked her up, bridal style. 30 mins later and we're at my house, Alice had woken up at this time and when we got there she had the hood up. I opened the door slowly in case they were having fun on the couch. And they were, I closed the door and used my sweater to wrap around Alice's head and guided her go my room quietly. Once we got to my room we started to get ready for bedi changed in my room while Alice was changing in my bathroom. After I had changed into my pajamas (sleep without a shirt on because it's more comfortable that way) few minutes later Alice came out with just my pajama shirt on, and we just stared at each other for a bit. After the "staring contest" I took out my sleeping bag and set it up, I was about to go in when Alice just teleported there, "Um I was gonna let you sleep in my bed. . ." "Nu I'm the guest you sleep in your bed." we argued for a bit and I won, she slept in my bed while I slept in the sleeping bag.

3:01 AM

I couldn't sleep which is weird since usually I fall asleep right away, I looked over to Alice and saw she was whimpering, gotta admit that's cute I went over to her and started to pet her to try to get her to calm down, she did calm down so I decided to just stay there which ended up us sleeping together (A/N not there yet 😏)

Alice's POV

The next morning it was Saturday and I woke up to argument, I crept downstairs and I saw Alan's dad hitting him which I dont know why it came as a surprise to me because while I was comatosed he told me all about his parents, out of no where this HUGE wave of anger came over me, I teleported down which then I raised a shield to protect Alan from his father, I didnt shield myself because I wanted to protect him *you are filled with DETERMINATION* when he slapped me hid father said, "Wow you need a girl to protect yo-" he stopped mid sentence as soon as he saw that I wasnt a human girl I was a pissed off wolf, and when he realized I wasn't  what he thought I had turned into a actual wolf, my teeth were barred, and eyes full of rage, his mom was soo scared she ran and called animal control, his dad well he grabbed his shotgun and aimed it at me, I wasnt scared, I was not about to back down.

Alan's POV

Dad had his shotgun aimed at Alice's head he was about to shoot when he quickly aimed for her leg and shot it, she only winced in pain but then the bullet wound wasnt there anymore! Dad got really angry, Alice and dad got in a huge fight, there was a lot of bloodshed but somehow most of it was pink, pink blood?!?! But how!?!? Alice was very badly injured and she had a ton of bullet wounds, scratches, and even some HUGE gashes! He was about to land the final blow on Alice when she RIPPED OFF HIS ARM!!!! Holy fucking shit she passed out again, then turned back to her original form, and I picked her up and carried her to my room, mom was yelling at me to call an ambulance on the way, but I just gave her the finger. As soon as we got there I sat her down in my plastic chair, and that's when Flirtia started talking, "So aren't you gonna check her injuries?" "No, because I already know where they are. I need alot of bandages,  could you grab them please?" "Fine, you're no fun." after him getting the bandages I started bandaging her legs since they had the most damage. I worked my way upwards and when I was done she looked a bit like a mummy. I laid her in my bed and it was after that I knew, I was definitely in love with her.
