MASON'S P.O.V

"YO ERIC! WHERE ARE YOU?! ERIIIIIIICCCCC YOU BIG BABY MAN WHERE YOU AT?" I yelled walking in through the dorm room door.

As I did so walking in,to see only what could be called a complete disaster. There were cans of both Dr.Pepper and beer thrown around the place. There was a pizza box on the small table in the living room. Being the big beefy man he is, had eaten the whole thing. There were crumbs and scraps scattered across the table, and Eric had thrown pillows and blankets into a large pile nearby almost in what seemed to be.... a fort? And not to mention the T.V. was playing futurama and almost max volume.

"Eric.... you lazy sumbitch." I wispered, picking up the remote and lowered the volume to a reasonable level and changed the channel to the news and plopped myself down next to him with my legs crossed.

"Hello, this is Ida Martinez with the Fox 10 news report for tonight! As the new release of their song POPSTARS has set many new records in the music industry, KDA has released word that they have partnered with a snacks company to promote their new tour! They have placed a pair of VIP tickets safely encased in one of the packages for their closest upcoming concert! However, that is not the only catch, the winners will also be able to meet the members backstage after the  concert and have a day with the group the day after the concert! Very exciting from the up and coming young group! However onto our nightly wea-" Her words were cut off when. I turned off the T.V. stunned.... KDA had put out VIP tickets and an all day after concert pass. In my favorite snack. They put tickets. IN FUCKIN  CRISPY CRISPS?! I was both happy and surprised at the same time. I like KDA, they're a great musical artist group, they put emotion into their singing and amazing choreography,  and beautiful voices. And their songs are great... just the amount of effort they must have to put into each one. I love up-beat songs, and songs and pure emotion...But before I could continue my train of thought I felt something move to my left.

"Uggggggghhhhh....... can you stop silently fanboying you idiot, ya woke me from ma nap" Eric said pushing himself forward, grunting as he did so, sitting in a slumped heap.

"Hey, shut your trap Eric, you like KDA too, dont even lie, besides. I dont fanboy THAT hard about them." I punched him in the shoulder to wake him up more and as payback for calling me a fanboy.

"Hey, shut ya mouth music boy..... speakin of music, you gone out yet to perform yet today? Maybe after you could use some of the cash to buy some Crispy Crisps later?" He licked his lips when he said that.

"Nah I haven't gone yet, was just gonna change outfits, grab my guitar and head out. And maybe, I'll think about it. Till then clean up the mess you made. YOU ATE A WHOLE DAMN PIZZA FOR CHRISTS SAKE ERIC!!"

"Yeah yeahhhh, just get going music boy. Else I make ya!"saying this he raised up an arm and flexed, putting on a gunshow that no one would see except me... something I wished I hadnt.

"Alright alright, I'm changing and goingggg. See ya later Eric!" I said, trying not to laugh my ass off as I walked out the door and saw him try to stand up and fall into the pillow fort, only to see it explode into the air from underneath his weight."

TIME SKIP- "PERFORMANCE SQUARE" (large area in the middle of the city where Street performers do their thing, without trouble from the law)

It had taken about 15 minutes to get to performance square, but it was just about time for an afternoon rush of people in the city, being it was a Saturday. So I set down my guitar case, and opened it up to find my old but trust guitar. This thing has been with me through thick and thin. The old wood seemed to glisten with the new set of polish I had given it, when the sun hit it just right. I took it out of its case and set the case out for anyone who would like to toss in any cash with a little sign saying "Contributions are appreciated! Thank you!"
