Their tour, after coming back from a month long hiatus, was just around the corner. It was understandable that the members would push themselves too hard trying to get into good shape to give their ARMY a performance of a lifetime.
Namjoon had even taken it upon himself to accompany Jungkook to the gym. It wasn't that he was worried about gaining a few small pounds on his vacation, but... well, it was just that.
Sure, Jungkook ate alot - and everyone probably wondered why he hasn't grown a beer belly yet - but that's just it with him.
He maintains his weight.
He doesn't eat an entire buffet and sleep afterwards, like Namjoon did.
As the leader, though, Namjoon didn't want to push his team to the point of breaking.
He'd let Hoseok practice his dancing to a certain extent, then - when it seemed like the latter was going to collapse - Namjoon would demand him to rest.
Or when Taehyung would sit in their studio and sing for hours trying to stretch out his vocals, Namjoon would tell him to drink water and break for atleast 30 minutes.
He didn't want Taehyung to overdo himself and develop a sore throat.
The leader had started to feel like somewhat of a hypocrite.
While he would urge the others not to stress themselves out too much, he would be doing just that.
Sometimes, at late hours while the group was asleep, he'd sneak out of his shared room (with Jimin) and make his way to the studio to rehearse his rap lines, or practice some of their dance steps.
Sure, he could just join Hoseok, but he'd just feel pathetic as the leader.
The others were always on point.
He felt like the underdog sometimes. Left behind.
Jungkook would learn the entire choreography and his lines in just hours.
Days for Namjoon.
He'd never show his stress in front of the others. He was the one that had to be the strongest for the team.
Yoongi knew better.
He'd known Namjoon for longer.
He knew all of him.
His habits, his facial expressions, the things he tried to hide from the others.
Hoseok had been the one to suspect Namjoon of putting viruses on their computer, because of that, and he hadn't been wrong, even though Hoseok had said it as a joke. Yoongi knew exactly what Namjoon was doing on the computer at late hours, and he wanted nothing more than to tear that door down and pounce on the younger.
He'd first noticed it when he'd gotten up to go to the bathroom one night, and had seen a small light on in the studio.
The computer light.
Yoongi thought nothing of it, until he strolled passed and heard a faint gasp grace his ears.

Another week had passed and it was the same routine. Their managers had told them that their new waking hour would be at 5am, so that they could do all of their workouts and shopping without too many fans or press at their necks.
While the others had obliged by their new schedule, Yoongi didn't. It wasn't anything new to the team.
Yoongi never listened.
