Well lucky for you, thanks to Monarch's top scientists and researchers they've managed to recover a lot of the damaged Orca and create a new one with better enhanced technology for signal communication.

In simpler tearms, Manarch has made an Orca that can take human communication and bounce it off soundwaves to where Godzilla can understand. Also, through the Orca, Godzilla can send his own soundwaves back which is then translated on a small computer screen.
They've already tested it out and Godzilla has agreed to the terms of answering questions from fans like you!...Well answering the best he can of course.
