It's pouring on the night of June 16, 1996.  The light in the waiting room was flickering. Jake was walking anxiously pacing back and forth waiting for the doctor. Slowly the door creeks open and a nurse walks out. "Mr. Pines I'm afraid I have bad news," She opens the door for Jake to walk in. He walks in rubbing his hands together due to nerves. The nurse hands him his little girl. The nurse looks to Jake "I'm sorry sir" she lets out a sigh "Your wife didn't make it." Jake was in tears as he looked at his newly born daughter. "Don't worry (y/n), Daddy will make sure you are safe."

An old bus pulled up to Gravity Falls. (Trust me this will help later on in the story -->) A girl with long dark brown hair and glimmering purple eyes stepped off the bus with a bag on her shoulder. She began to walk down the path that leads to the tourist trap known as the Mystery Shack. Y/N arrived at the door. Y/n stood there with her heart beating fast as she couldn't decide if she should open the door. Just as she reaches for the door nob, a group of tourists poured out the door with a lot of cheap items. "Hey kid, Welcome to the mystery shack are you here for a tour?" Y/N looked at the man confused. “I would like to know if this is the Mystery Shack run by Stan Pines?” Soos “I’m sorry but he no longer runs the Mystery Shack” Y/N looked Down “I’m sorry sir for bothering you, I would like to know if you possibly know where he could have gone?” Soos “He is out with his brother right now traveling, he should be back in one or two days.” Y/N thinks for a moment (so he may still be alive?) “Thank you I will be back to see if he is here” Y/N turned around only to see kids behind her. The young boy looks at Y/N while the young girl begins to squeal “Are you new here? When did Soos hire you? How long are you here? Did you move here?” Y/N stepped back as the girl got closer to her face. Y/N “H-hi?” Y/n looked down slightly puzzled as she didn’t catch what the young girl said. (I just put their names in the front to show who is talking ---->)Soos “Hey dude, dudette you two are here early” Mabel “Mom and Dad got the day wrong”  Dipper finally saying a word “So, who are you?” Y/N notice they all were looking at her now. Mabel “No need to be shy we won’t bite” Y/N "I am not shy you just caught me off guard" Dipper “So are you new to Gravity Falls?” Y/n lightly shakes her head. Soos interrupts “Hey kids you can put your things upstairs I have a tour in a few seconds. He left walking back in to the gift shop. Dipper “I didn’t get your name the first time” Y/n was about respond when Mabel cuts in “So where do you live?” Y/N “Well right now I am staying in the umm the umm local hotel” Y/N gives a semi-confident smile. Dipper “so are you here by yourself?” Y/N “Well you look at the time I should get going maybe I will see you two around” Y/N dashed off into the woods. Mabel and Dipper look at each other confused. Dipper “There is no hotel in the woods.” Mabel "Do you think Soos knows her” Dipper “Maybe I can-“Mabel gasped “I forgot to ask Y/n to be my friend, I will be back” Mabel went running in the same direction as Y/N. Dipper sighed as he took their bags up to the attic. Once dipper was done he went down to the gift shop seeing Soos was now done with the tour. Dipper “Hey Soos, I was wondering how did you meet Y/N?” Soos turned towards Dipper. “She came by looking for Stan and was asking when he would be back.” Dipper “And you didn’t find that strange?” Soos was about to talk when he was cut off by Dipper's phone. Dipper saw it was Mabel calling. Dipper answered the phone to hear Mabel yell “HEY, BroBro we have a huge problem!” Dipper “What happened Mabel?” Mabel “They took Y/N. The nomes took her we need to get her back” Dipper “I will be there let me get the leaf blowers” Dipper hung up the phone. “Soos I’m using the golf cart see ya” Dipper grabbed the keys and took off. Once Dipper got to Mabel he notices that Y/n was there shouting at the nomes. Dipper whispers “Mabel what is going on?” Mabel whispers back “Y/N is growing annoyed with them, now stay quiet I can’t hear.”
Y/N p.o.v
(A few minutes before)
You weren’t paying attention to what was around you when a bag covered your head. 'Just Great' You sigh as you begin to burned the bag and you fell out to see nomes around you. “Oh, it's just some nomes" You stand up while dusting off your pants you ask “What do you fellas want?” The nome leader walked up to me “Sweetheart we need a queen and we want you to be ours” You groaned “Look how about a contract or trade, maybe even a deal?” Once they heard that word they all screamed no. (Dipper's thoughts: What does she mean by deal?) You were puzzled “Well if we aren’t going to make a trade or deal then I will just leave” They all looked at the leader. “We can't let her leave!" They all started to charge but you quickly overpowered them. You shout "You idiots all I was going to give you what you wanted, in trade for information." They didn't care to listen to you and they charged. "I can give you what you desire the most. I can get you a queen" They just keep attacking. Having enough you sent one flying across the forest. "Now back off before I burn your ass's off," you scream at them. (Mabel's thoughts: BURN? As in fire...What if she is like...no no noooo...she can't be right?)They ran off screaming. You were ready to continue onwards when you look to your side to see the two kids from before. They looked scared and worried. You walked up to one an asked “What is your name ....uh... Pine tree? Cuz I didn't get it when we were back at the shack” Dipper stood there appalled. “I was looking at your hat, kid” (He traded back with Wendy for the summer) Dipper slowly nodded. “My name is Dipper and this is my sister Mabel.” Mabel slowly approached me and asked “A- are you alright?” You just simply nodded and you pick up your bag. The two kids began to follow you. You turn around to look at them. Y/N "Why are you guys following me?" Dipper "We just want to make sure you're safe." Y/n  quickly reading their minds rolls her eyes and responds  "Noooo...You're trying to find out where I live and stuff so how about you turn around and head home" Dipper gaining some confidence " You're not at all surprised about the nomes and them attacking you?" Y/n Sighs and continues walking "Look I know more about them you would probably comprehend so if you don't mind can you leave me alone." Dipper walking beside her "Why are you here?" Y/n stops and looks at Dipper "Why should I tell you?" Dipper " You can trust us" Y/n "Kid, I trust no one" Dipper "You know everything you seem to say is all too familiar." Mabel "Dip and Dots there is an answer for all of this right Y/n?" Y/N "I will be back later to visit someone until then leave me be please." With that, the twins just looked at each other. You walk away like nothing occurred 'I wish life was easier' you say to yourself once you're out of hearing range. You have been walking awhile now. You finally see the old cabin. All you can do is smile at the memories you have had here.

Bill "Yesh Kid if I had known you were a hand full I would say no to babysitting you." Y/N "But uncle it would have been boring if I got stuck at the daycare center again." Bill "You could of cause some mischief of the sort." Y/N "Like what?" Bill "How about you summon a huge ass spider, then put it in your teacher's food." Y/N "What does a-ss mean?" Bill "Sh----iz I forgot I can't cuss." Y/N "Is that what Dad was yelling about last week?" Bill "Remind to never make him mad again."
