Emily pov

"I quit!" I shouted at my boss as I walk away from his office. He has being such a total dick. He will always pass me extra work that I've to bring home to do and expect me to finish them in a short period of time.. I'm basically doing all his work as his secretary.. And all I ask from him is to maybe give me a little extra pay...but he shouted at me and insulted me.. I can't take anymore of this bullshit..

I make my way to my blonde best friend apartment knock on the door.. " hey bitch youre back from work so early?" Hanna says as she opened the door letting me in. Normally I would have scolded Hanna for calling me bitch.. But I can't deal.. I just walk into her kitchen and took a seat at her bar counter. "where is Eli?" I ask.. " oh she watching cartoon with caleb at the living room.. " i slowly nod my head. Caleb is Hanna boyfriend.. They have been each other high school sweetheart "Oh before I forget.. I'm sorry Em but we can't take Eli after school tomorrow my mom wants to meet with caleb and I..do you maybe want me to get someo- "

"Oh no it's okay.. I will get her tomorrow." "But don't you have work? I'm sure dick head won't let you bring her to work.." Hanna say rolling your eyes.. "Well i don't have to bring her to work cause I quit. " "wait you what?!" Hanna shouted a little too loud causing caleb and Eli to enter the kitchen. "Mommyyy! You're back early!" My little Eli came running to my arm.. I quickly got down from the bar stood and pick her up. " hey baby.. Did you miss me?" I ask my 6 years old daughter in my arms " everyday mommy " she says kissing me on the cheek. " hmm how about tomorrow after school ill pick you up and we can spend time together?" "Really mommy?" She says in excitement.. "Yes baby girl. " " yay!!thank you mommy I love you." She say hugging me tightly.. "I love you too sweetie."

Hanna pov

After the sweet moment between Emily and Eli. I made them stay for dinner, I mean I already made dinner for more than two people.. "Hanna thanks for taking care of Eli and for the amazing dinner. I think we should better get going" "no no.. It's only 7pm You and I need to talk missy... And plus I'm sure Caleb and Eli want to finish their movie" I answered. "Yess mommy can we stay till the movie end?" Emily look at the tv "really caleb you want to continue watching Barbie?" Emily ask my boy friend. "Well of course! Barbie is cute blondie just like my girl friend here " he says smirking at me.. "Please mommy pretty pleased" Eli beg "okay fine..go watch"

I drag Emily to the bar counter and asked her to seat.. " so what happen at work?" I ask as I pour us a glass of wine.. "Well he keep asking me to do extra things.. I can't stand it. " Emily say. "Well he been asking you to do extra all the time? Why only now you decide to quit.. " I say as I pass her a glass "hanna you know I don't drink" "well I was hoping you would..but it's okay more for me" I say as I took a sip. "I feel like you are not telling me everything.. " I say. "Fine.. I ask for extra pay.. But instead he place his hand on my inner thighs and said he will give me extra if I earn for it.."

"What the fuck! What a dick! He treat you like shit and he want you to have s-" Emily quickly cover my mouth. "Omg hanna language please.. My daughter is behind this kitchen " "oops sorry I just can't believe he would even dare." I say shook.. "Yeah right.. What can I do.. I had to quit..i can't let him to try and use right.." She says. "But what am I going to do now.. I need to get a new job quick... I still haven't pay the rent yet and-" I quickly hug her as tears start dropping her eyes.. "Hanna what am I going to do?" She cries. " I know Han but you already done a lot for me.. " she says.. And right then I got a perfect idea. "Okay I have a perfect idea" I say excitedly as she wipe all her tears away. " hanna thank you but I don't need your money" "shut up bitch, I'm not giving you money.. Cause I know you won't take it.
