Chapter Fifteen

I ended up staying the nights at Jack's and we stayed up late making out and teasing each other. We fell asleep around 2am entangled in each other's arms.

"There's a party tonight, so we should definitely go" Jack said after checking his phone when he first woke up "For sure man" I said watching his expression as I said one of his most common phrases he rolled his eyes and punched my arm lightly "Hey I say that since you let me get wasted for my 18th birthday I let you get wasted at this party and I'll be the designated driver" I bit my lip "Ok" he said pulling me on top of him as he gave me a peck on the lips. "Let's get ready for school Gilinsky" he smirked "Just a few more minutes" and then kissed my neck and started to suck, I threw my head back in delight and let out a quite moan he stopped sucking and I punched his abs "We really need to go" he groaned "Fine Roberts have it your way."
~Skip to after school~
We stopped at Jacks house so he could get clothes for the party and then I drove us to my house. The party didn't start until 9 so we had a lot of time to kill. "When will your mom be home?" Jack said with a smirk "In about two hours" I said knowing that he would force his lips onto mine right after, and I was right. We intensely made out and I jumped up wrapping my legs around his waist and he walked us to the couch never breaking away from the kiss. I kissed his neck and then whispered into his ear "This is your night Gilinsky" I saw him grin and I moved down to the floor and sat on my knees. I picked it up and sat down next to Jack "Hey mom, Jack and I have something to tell you" she looked kind of scared "Oh my god you aren't pregnant are you?" Jack and I quickly shot her down "No, what the hell mom?" "Sorry, I always assumed you were friends with benefits. Anyways go on" I grabbed Jacks hand "Gilinsky and I are dating now" "Finally! Oh my gosh I've been waiting for you two to get together! Uhm Jack, does your mom know? Because I'm still fine with you sleeping over because I trust you guys but I know your mom was already hesitant when you guys weren't dating." We laughed "No, she doesn't. We've actually been dating for a couple of days" Jack said "Oh, well let me know if you don't tell her so I don't accidently say anything to her." "Ok" Jack and I said in unison as she turned away to leave. "I just have one question" she said quickly turning back to us "Yeah?" I said "You guys weren't just doing anything were you..." She said and we both froze "Uhmmmm" I said "All I ask is that you use protection" she said quickly and then walked out of the room and Jack I burst out into laughter "I can't believe that just happened" Jack said "Me either!"
~Skip to the party~
Jack and I pulled up to the party and got out of the car. I wore a maroon skater skirt, a black tank top, and black vans. Jack wore khaki shorts, a white tank, and black vans. Jack went straight to get drinks and I started dancing. Jack got increasingly drunk and kept whispering dirty things in my ear. We were making out in the corner when I pulled away so I could go to the bathroom but he aggressively pulled me back "Jack I need to go to the bathroom, I'll be right back" he held on to my arm for a while then let me go. I realized that I had to be careful remembering how hostile he gets. As I was walking back to him a drunk football player grabbed me and started making out with me, I pushed him off and ran to Jack but I didn't feel safe when I reached him. "What the fuck Amy" he said slurring his words "Jack! He's drunk I pulled away as soon as I could!" His anger didn't lighten up "I'm not stupid Amy. If you didn't want to date me then you should have said so" "Jack no! I love you" I moved to kiss him but he started yelling "SHUT UP YOU LIAR" I stepped back afraid he would hurt me "Say you love me one more time Amy and see what happens" I started to cry "Jack please, let's just get you.." I was cut off by Jack slapping my face. My eyes widened in fear and I covered my cheek, I looked at Jack and saw that even in his drunken stupor he realized what he just did. I ran out of the house and heard Jack trailing behind me "Amy! Wait up!" I heard him yelling I got to my car and turned around to face him "I can't do this Jack. I need a boyfriend that I can get totally wasted with and not fear for my life! This was ok when you were just my friend because I was sucking faces with some guy and you were doing the same with some girl so we weren't each other's problem, but now we are! Now I can't let you get drunk because I will fear for my life." I looked into his eyes and saw the hurt and pain "Amy, I can change. I can see a therapist or I can become sober, whatever it takes to not lose you. You aren't just my girlfriend, you are my best friend and I can't let someone so special just drive away." I couldn't control my crying at this point "I'm sorry Jack, I just need some time" I walked to the drivers side and drove off before Jack could say anything else.
