Chapter 19 Whoa What A Surprise!

It's been 2 weeks now since you had been planning your wedding with Sebastian, your dreams were coming true having a wedding with someone you loved the most and having to build a family with him. You were so happy you already started to dream about it, sadly you had to break the contract with Sabrina since you were getting married she wasn't going to eat your soul or anything but you still cared for her. Luckily she could make a contract with Misaki that would make you feel much better than having to worry about her when you're gone to your honeymoon, and Sebastian would break his contract with Ciel like he promised you a few days ago and not to eat his soul which was also a promise he made.

You've been laying in bed the whole entire time, sleeping like there was no tomorrow. You finally woke up rubbing your eyes, Sebastian wasn't in the room you decided to take a shower as you rose you from the bed you had the worst stomach ache ever. You took a deep breath and started to walk to the bathroom as soon as you saw the toilet you ran to it and vomit, you cleaned your mouth and started to think.....

"Oh my....I'm I....no no I must take a test first I'll do it late-" before you could finish your sentence you threw up once more, and finally took a quick shower and got changed. Since you really didn't have nothing to do you laid down on your bed touching your forehead, your hands were cold and your forehead was heating up.

"Maybe I'm just sick, yeah it must be that!" You said you always wanted to build a family but not just right now you thought you'll be a horrible mother. There was a knock on the door since your stomach still hurted you decide to lay in the bed and told them to come in.

"Uh come in!" You yelled Sebastian came in with some food which just made your stomach growl, you cough a bit.

"Are you sick my dear?" Sebastian ask concern as he put the food on your lap.

"No, I'm fine don't worry," you smiled as he nodded his head, you felt more tired than usual but you shook it off and decided to eat the food your fiance got you.

"You look so beautiful today~♡" Sebastian said looking at you with a smirk.

"Th-thanks Seb-Sebastian," you replied as he began to pick up the tray and set it on the cart he brought it in.

"I have a little more time with you~♡" he began to kiss you deeply as he ask for and enterance which of course you didn't let him in, he pulled away looking at you.

"Is there something wrong my love?" He ask you rubbing your thigh he was practically on top of you making you blush.

"N-no," you blushed madly as he landed sweet rough kisses on your neck making you moan a bit.

"Seb-Sebastian st-stop th-this r-right n-n-now! ~♡" you yelled angry but it felt good, you tried to push him away but he wouldn't move.

"Seb-Sebastian I don't feel good actually...." you replied as he stop and look at you, he placed his hand on your forehead.

"You feel rather warm, I shall call a doctor."

"No!! I'm fine I'm sure it'll go away if not I would go to the doctor ok," you replied with a smile, Sebastian took a big sigh.

"Fine but be careful now I must do my duties," he kissed your forehead with that he left as you ran to the bathroom.

"Mistress why are we here?" Sabrina ask you.

"To get somethings, I'll be back stay here got it?" You replied to her.

"Yes Milady," Sabrina replied as you went to grab the stuff you needed luckily a friend work here which was great. You grab a pregnancy test, some chocolates, stomach ache pills (just in case), and fruit. You went to the cashier and saw your friend Stephanie smiling at you, you smiled back. As she put the supplies in the bag she saw the test and smiled.
