Her fake ones are merely stubs.
As you might have noticed, her teeth are round rather than sharp. I won't give much away about her, but she's very much a baby. She's got baby teeth. And we all know what babies do, they love to chew. Since the kingdom doesn't have any pacifiers, she likes to chew on her arm.

Since her fake arms are just molded sludge, they are a dark shade of purple.
