"Nick! You won't mind giving Camren and Rider a ride to the dinner  they would have gone in their own car but what way when you,Casey,Camren and Rider go in the same car it'll save now come on if we don't hurry up your aunt going to bite our heads off,Casey is already in the car with the others too so come on" Uncle Gary said I nodded stood up from the couch and walked out side,I got into the car hearing Casey singing last Friday night while Rider covered his ears and Carmen has earphones in so he can't hear the song,I chuckled then put on my belt and started the engine, turning off the radio any minute she going out start screaming.

"Hey!I was listen to that" she started folding her arms like a child who never got what she wants I pulled open my car pouch and took out my mp3 gave her it she started jumping with happiness I mean litterey jumping"your the best big cuz ever"she shouted I smirked when I saw Rider flinch in the mirror.just two minutes after she start to sing again making Rider groan and start texting.

I parked in the car park pulled out the keys and ear phones out from Case ear.

"Lexis" I told a cute waiter around my age at the door she nodded and leading us to the table where both families sit and talked I sat down by Joe (A/N Joe is Rider 14 year old brother) he looked up at me and smiled.

"Hey nick" he says.

"Hey Joe what game have you got their?" I asked looking at his nidendo.

"Mario bros I'm on level 9,but I can't complete it" he says frowning I took it from his small hands.

"Here I'll show you how to complete it" I said showing him how to play two minutes after I won the game for him.

"Wow!you are so cool how do you do that?! Carmen and Rider can't play like you!" He beamed I  chuckle at his behaviour.

"When I was you age I always played Mario a lot and my farther use to teach me how to win" I say smiling at the memory of my farther before the accient.

"Wow he must be cool" he said I nodded.

"Yea,yea he was" I whispered looking at who is sitting next to Case.  then she chocked on her drink when Rider whispered something no one else saw him rub her thigh since I was tall the fucking basterad noway I'm letting him hump my lil cuz,I clenched my fist.

"Leave her alone Rider" I muttered only our side of the table so none of the parents heard he removed his hand and laughed.

"I'm just messing with her" he said in the corner of my eye I saw Camren mad just how much I am.

"Next time I'll see hand on my lil cousin thigh again I'll swear I'll kill you" I say real deep.

"Oh shut up Country boy go back to the farm why don't you" he say then laughs 3 second later I'm on top of him on the floor,i pull him up by the shirt even though we were on the floor fist raised.

"Call me a country boy one more city boy"i shout my thick accent coming in.

"You are a coun-try boy" he challenge slowly I could hear my Aunt Rubie telling me to put him down.

I brought my fist down hard hitting his jaw,the next minute I'm been dragged off him he stood wiping the blood while smirking.

"What is wrong with you Rider didn't say or did anything to you" Rubie said I rolled my eyes.

"Fuck off,its always me oh Rider is good boy he never does anything wrong yea I'm out of here"I shouted getting Gerry hands off  I ran out of the pub went streight for the park.
Flashback.
Someone knock on the door.
" hey man are we expecting anyone"Chris frown sitting on the couch drinking I shock my head no then put down my beer to get the door.
I opened the door to see a police man and woman.
"Are you Nickson Davis" the woman asked I nodded "I'm afraid we have some bad news can we come in?" She added I open the door more they walked and followed me to the living room where Chris sat drink when he spotted the officers he almost sipt out his drink.
"How old are you kids?" The guy asked eyeing the beer.
"Um 18" I lied he nodded and sat down.
"Its about your parents"he said " I'm Jeffrie this is Donna "he added I nodded I sat down beside Chris.
" this is Chris,now what's wrong?"I asked Donna.
"Um right your parents were in a car crash and-"she breathed in I know what the next words coming out of her month"-before they past away before they past away your dad said he wants you to move in with his sister Rubie you are leaving tomorrow night when your aunt lands here tomorrow I'm so sorry" they said then they left I felt Chris hand on my shoulder when he left I cried my eyes out I'm never going to show how I'm week in front of people.
End of flash back.

I dried the tears when I saw Casey running to me on the swings.

"Nick you okay?" She asked I nodded putting my head down after when the tears started to fall again.

"Oh come here" she whispered hugging me tightly to her "its okay to cry" she added.

"I'm not crying" my voice cracking when I said it she hugged me tighter if that possible that's when I cried more"there dead Casey "I wisper hugging her while crying.

" its ok "she says I could tell she's crying by tone of her voice" I told mom the whole story she feels sorry for shouting at you when you didn't do nothing "she added,yea right give 2 hour and she will be on Rider side again I dragged her until she sat on my knee.

" Where's the Jackson's? "I asked her.

" with my parents"she answers.

"CASEY!!"

We both look up to see Camren, Casey best friend I wip away the tears quickly and smiling acting like I wasn't crying just then I saw Casey do the same I shuck my head just when Camren got to us.

"Hey I'm sorry about my brother" he says to the two of us.

"You shouldn't be sorry for that dickhead,plus he never got to swing any punch" I said then added in a girly voices"thank god though he would have ruined my sexy face"

All three of us started laughing.

"You sound so much like Jessica" Camren said.

"That I was pretending to sound like her like duh" I say in a girls voice finishing off trying to flick fake hair off my shoulder.
