Chapter 3 - Scores

Chapter 3:

Carlee's POV:;

I can't believe today is the end of the first 9 weeks of school at the WDA. Which means we get our scores in each class. The head teacher Mrs. Evans, walk up to the bulletin board and post the scores, as all the student are waiting impatiently. As Mrs. Evans walked away the students headed straight for the board. I waited a couple minutes for the crowd to die down for me to check my scores. I walked up to the board, nervous as ever. I looked for my name on each paper. I couldn't believe it. I was top in every class! Every class except Acro but I knew that bc I wasn't very flexible, but I still made the top ten! I would of never thought I was good enough to be top of the class! I didn't know what to do! And my best friend at this school was right below me in every class. Her name is Zoe and she is an amazing dancer. She has helped me with all my dancing technique. I took a picture of her scores and sent them to her. She had to leave class early today so she wouldn't get to see her scores till tomorrow if I didn't send them. I though we deserve a night out!

Zoe's POV:;

I got a text from Carlee with a picture of my scores. Omg I couldn't believe I was second in every class. I went to the WDA last year and it was so difficult for me that I wasn't going to come back this year. I would never make the top 10 and now this year in second!! I was also so happy for Carlee. To be top of the classes is an honor. So I texted her back hoping she was thinking the same thing, that we need to celebrate. I told her to meet me at Sami's at 7. Sami's is this little bar up the street from me. We have already been there a couple times. So I went back to my apartment to get ready.

Carlee's POV:;

I walked into my apartment to get ready. Mongoose jumped up on me and started licking my face because I haven't seen him all day. I walked in my kitchen set my keys and purse down on the counter and grabbed a glass of water. All of the sudden I heard my phone ringing but the ringtone was Oath by Cher Lloyd. So I knew it was either Cher or Zoe because those are the only two people who have that ringtone. I looked at my phone and it was Cher. I wondered why she was calling I haven't seen her since we met at Starbucks. I answered my phone. "Hey Carlee" I heard her say. "Hey Cher, Whats up?" I asked. "Nothing much I wanted to know if u wanted to hang out tonight?" she asked. I thought for a second and told her " I already have plans with my friend Zoe, but your welcome to join us" Cher agrees with the plan but instead of going to Sami's, she was going to take us to a big club. I hung up with Cher and texted Zoe. I started fangirling a little because I still was a little shocked that I was friends with Cher Lloyd. And of course Zoe knew we were friends and has been waiting to meet Cher so I knew she was excited. I told Zoe that we would be leaving at 6 now because the club was an hour away. I went and got a shower and got dressed. I straightened my hair and I put on a short, black, one strap, sequenced dress that was tight but made me look super skinny. I put on my black heels and some earrings and necklace. I put on my makeup too. I got a text from Cher saying that she was at my apartment to pick me up. Now we just had to go get Zoe. I could tell this was going to be fun!!
