Zombies and Love

ℂ𝕙𝕒𝕡𝕥𝕖𝕣 𝟛: 𝕋𝕙𝕖 ℂ𝕒𝕓𝕚𝕟

When he got closer to me we had a moment. We stared into each other's eyes and it felt like the whole world slowed down. Finally he snapped me out of me daydream.

"Are you ok?" He asked me.

"Yea I'm fine I just twisted my ankle trying to run away from the zombies"I tried to stand up but I almost fell down until he grabbed me. His arms wrapped around my waist and his face was so close to me.

"Come with me" he said. I nodded my head. He carried me back to his car and I already knew I was catching feelings for him. He was strong and nice and he made me feel safe even in a time like this.

"What's your name?" I asked him.

He didn't take his blue eyes of the road and said "Dylan." My heart fluttered. "How about you?"

"Hazel" I replied.

He smiled and then said "That's a cute name." He made me blush like crazy. Then I realized I couldn't do this to myself. He was going to abandon me like everyone else did, I can't trust him.

"Where are you going?" I asked. It looked like we were in a forest not to far from town.

"My parents cabin. They live there and I know that they have lots of supplies and guns. They like to hunt a lot."

"Cool... why did you
help me?" I couldn't help but ask that question. He was being so nice and kind and he didn't have to save me like he did.

"I couldn't let a beautiful girl like you die." I blushed so much.

"Thank you for that by the way"

He nodded his head and continued driving down the road.

About an hour later we arrived at the cabin. It was a cute little wood cabin on top of the mountain. The view was amazing.

"I could definitely could part a picture of this." I smiled down at the small city below. "This view is so beautiful!"

Dylan looked at me and said "I've seen better." I looked up into his eyes and he smiled. It felt like something was pulling us together, we got closer and closer and we locked lips. His kiss was warm and gentle. He pulled away and blushed. "Sorry I-" I stopped him mid sentence and kissed him again. Welp screw it at this point, I'm in love.
