i looked at the boy standing in front of me, who was sheepishly rubbing the back of his neck.
"um, i don't know."
i rolled my eyes and opened the door wider so he could come in.
he sat on my bed and i sat a few inches away from him, and we both sat in silence for a few minutes.
"yn i'm sorry for what i said today."
i looked at him with my eyebrows raised and he had a sincere look in his eyes.
"oh, uh, it's okay?"
"no it's not, okay? the way i treated you was horrible and i shouldn't have said the things that i said."
shock took over my face. was THE zach herron really apologizing? and to me?
"um, it's okay, zach really. it just kinda hurt a little bit because i've always worried about people not liking me, but i was getting over that. and then you said what you said and it just kinda, brought them thoughts back to me."
a look of sadness flashed through his face and i saw his eyes full with tears.
"i'm so sorry i made you feel like that yn."
"it's fine."
he stood up and pulled me up with him, wrapping his arms around my back. i felt my body tense when his hands made contact with me, but i relaxed after a while and wrapped my arms around him too.
he placed his chin on top of my head and i let out a small smile when he kissed it.
"you're beautiful you know that?"
"yeah i guess."
he chuckled slightly and pulled away from the hug, looking into my eyes.
"no i mean it, you're absolutely breath taking."
i blushed and smiled.
"can i kiss you?"
i nodded slightly and he placed both of his hands on my cheeks, leaning in and placing his lips gently on mine and i felt fireworks go off in my stomach.
i smiled into the kiss and he pulled me in tighter, slipping his tongue into my mouth. we made out for about 2 minutes before he pulled away and leaned his forehead on mine.
"i should go."
"yeah."
"well i'll hopefully see you tomorrow."
"i'm apartment shopping tomorrow."
"well then i'll come with you and we can do something after."
"okay then, i look forward to it."
i smiled and walked him over to the door, leaning my side on the door frame.
"i'll see you tomorrow."
"night zach."
"night gorgeous."
