Wow, is this seriously me finally updating?
Hell yeah, it is. I finally found the will to continue this trashy book. I'm so very sorry for disappearing for so long. I struggle with motivation sometimes. :')

Anyway, this was requested by luminous667. I hope I'll live up to your expectations;; I hope Hanten isn't too OOC. I've never written about her before.

There were many things Hanten didn't quite care about. Her world's devil, for example. There were rumors, yes, but the demon never bothered. Her father's shenanigans were another example. But one thing intrigued her, to say the least. A human. A real human being had somehow ended up in their world and it wasn't some ghost like Met. Hanten often found herself secretly following that strange being around for some time, until she'd grow bored. That human - who went by the name of (y/n) - never noticed her. Maybe they were dense? Who knew.

Once again, Hanten had spotted (y/n) aimlessly walking around the Pitch Black World, probably looking for an exit since they must've gotten there by accident. No human ever came here. The (h/c) also never seemed bothered by all the demons that gave them strange looks. Or were they just oblivious? Kurotsuno had already questioned the she-demon about her weird stalker antics a few times, but Hanten herself didn't even quite know what was so interesting about the strange being. Their (h/c) hair? Their (e/c) eyes? Their (f/s) scent? Maybe it was the scent. They smelled weird. While Hanten stood there, pondering on her own behavior, she didn't notice (y/n) staring straight at her. It was only when they spoke up with that soft voice of theirs that she looked up.
"Excuse me... You have been following me for a while now. Is there anything you need from me?" asked the human cooly. Hanten blinked sheepishly before smirking her signature smirk. "Nah. I was just wondering what the hell you're doing here" she replied with a tilt of her head. (Y/n) hummed thoughtfully before a small smile appeared on their (s/c) lips. "Well... It's complicated..."

(Y/n) just wanted to play around with their little brother a bit. Not even in their dreams would they have imagined that something like this would happen. (B/n) and them were taking a walk in their town together, enjoying the nice autumn weather. The sun was still warm and felt nice on their skin as they walked towards their favorite store. "Hey, (Y/n)! Let's take a shortcut my friend showed me!" (B/n) suggested with a grin. That little guy always had those weird ideas like climbing up trees or crossing rivers by jumping over stones. He was a little reckless. (Y/n) nodded nonetheless, deciding to just go along with it. What could possibly go wrong?
It turned out everything could always go wrong. Long story short, (y/n) ended up stumbling through some weird portal and ended up in some strange world full of creatures they'd thought only existed in fairy tales.

"...and that's how I ended up here." The human sighed, shoving their hands into the pockets of their pants with a scowl. For an accident, they were taking the situation quite lightly. Hanten just raised an eyebrow. "How stupid can you be, falling into a random suspicious portal?" Were all humans that dumb? Or was it just this particular one? (Y/n) raked a hand through their (h/l) hair and frowned at Hanten. "It's not like I wanted to. Who are you, anyway? You're not planning on eating me, or skewering me with those things on your head, are you?" they asked, annoyed.
Hanten stared at them for a while before throwing her head back in laughter. "Eating you? Hell nah, I'd rather drink some beer down in Maekami's bar! I'm Hanten, pleasure to meet ya!" She extended her clawed hand for (y/n) to take with a grin. (E/c) eyes glanced at it suspiciously, before the human in question slowly took it. "Name's (y/n)... Pleasure's all mine."

Now, this was sure to get interesting...
