A girl and her father are hiking in the woods.

"This is awesome, Daddy!" The girl says.

"I know, right?" The man responds. He doesn't mean it. He hates the woods. He only came to make his daughter happy.

They walk to a stream. The girl puts her hand in the water and laughs.

"I love this, Daddy!" She says. "I'm hungry. Can we have our food now?"

"Sure, honey," the man says. He reaches into his backpack and pulls out 2 sandwiches. The girl happily grabs hers and eats it. The man doesn't eat his.

When the girl finishes, they walk to a bridge. They walk across it. Something about that bridge concerns the man. Was there a third shadow that he saw? Why was it so stable but looked so dangerous? There's got to be something.

"Daddy? Daddy? I've been calling your name for 3 minutes!"

The man turns around, startled. It was just his daughter.

"Oh, sorry, honey. Let's keep hiking," the man says. They walk away from the bridge. Soon, they stop.

"What was that?" The girl asks. "I heard something."

The man turns around and looks at the bridge. He gasps.

"There's a boy over there," the man says.

"Where?" His daughter says.

The man looks again. The boy is gone.

"Daddy!" The girl shouts.

The man turns around. The boy is right behind him.

"Oh fu-," the man says.

No one saw either of them again.
