Simple Trance (Basically just showing newbies what trance is like)

Hello, my dear reader, whoever you are. My name is Goddess Isabelle. Please ignore my massive ego for a second so that we can talk about this trance file and what we're meant to do here. If you're reading this, you've probably never experience trance *knowingly* before. Let me explain, in layman's terms, what trance even is. It's intense focus. When we're doing hypnosis together, you're going to be intensely focused on my words. Sound hard? Don't worry, they're quite alluring. We can use this trance to make suggestions. Think REALLY GOOD placebo. Placebo sharpened to a point. All I need from you, darling, is you to fine a nice, quiet place to let go of allll of your worries and just focus on me, no distractions whatsoever. Nothing wrong with scrolling though, as long as your attention isn't diverted. Don't worry about hypnosis working, just relax.

Good. Now, let's get started.  Take a deeeep breath in... One, two... annnnd ooouuuut. Again, but this time I would like you to just feeeel yourself sinking into your bed or chair as you do.

In... One, two... annnd oooouuuut. Easy does it. Just relax. No worries here, no need to think too terribly hard. For now, I'll do the worrying for you. Your job is to just listen to what I have to say. 

Breathe at whatever pace you'd like. Now, I'm going to demonstrate suggestion. Trust my words, just relax. Now, you may begin to notice your right leg become just a tad heavier. Nothing significant. Not really a bother. But you notice that it becomes a tad heavier. Now, if you did just feel that then congratulations, there's a suggestion. If it didn't work, then that's fine. Just keep reading. Let your leg return to normal as we continue.

I want you to sink deeper. Deeper and deeper as we continue along. Surely you know what I mean. You can feel it.

Deeper and deeper, more and more.

Almost as if with every word I say, you inch just a little deeper. 

And it feels so good. So nice. It feels great to just let go and let me be your guide.

Because every time you do you get to go deeper and deeper...

and every time you do you just feel more and more open. 

That's good. I think you're starting to feel it now. This is trance. But I think we'll go a little deeper.

Now, you've probably heard this one before, love. I am going to count down from 10.

To 1.

And with each number I go down

You'll go deeper and deeper.

Just sinking into this beautiful feeling.

And with each number I go down

This will just become easier and easier.

And when I reach 1...

I am going to ask you to sleep.

And when I do, you'll go so, so much deeper. Maybe even three times as deep. Like a snap.

Alright. Ready? Good.

SLEEP. 

That's much better. You must have sunken so much deeper. I'm sure you love this feeling, but I'm afraid we can't go any deeper just now. I won't make any changes, either. Well... I'm going to embellish a little. I'm going to make you feel very, very relaxed. 

I want you to feel your body soothing, all of the tension in your muscles seemingly releasing. Even releasing in places you didn't know were tense. I touch your hand, regardless of whether you feel it or not, and an overwhelming feeling of relaxation comes with it. You just melt into a puddle. You feel so, so good. You know that feeling you get when you just get into a warm bath and you feel so relaxed, and the good feeling goes up and hits it's peak before falling down?

You just feel that peak.  Absolute relaxation. Bliss. In whatever form you see fit. This will last for as long as it shall outside of trance.

Now, we're going to wake you up, nice and easy. When you wake up, you're going to feel refreshed and happy, coupled with the relaxation from earlier.

How about a count up for a change? I am going to count up from one to ten, and with each number I say, you'll start to wake up just a little more. Once I reach one, I'll say "Good morning!". When I do, you'll be fully awake.
