*Third person POV*

The doctor walked over to the boys. "How is she?" Yoongi asked between sobs. The doctor just replied with "Im sorry."

Those two words were just enough to make Yoongi breakdown. "The stan would was extremely deep and we couldn't stop the bleeding, we tried everything to save her but nothing seemed to have worked."

All Yoongi wanted to do right now was yell and curse and the doctor but he didn't because it wasn't his fault.

"C-can i see her one last t-time please." Yoongi asked while sobbing. "As you wish."

Yoongi followed the doctor in through the double doors to see your body lying there lifeless. His heart broke into so many pieces.

He sat beside you while holding your hand, then eventually the doctor handed you a letter.

"Y/N told me to give this to you before she passed away.

Yoongi opened it and began reading...

If your reading this i'm probably not in this world anymore, but i never got the chance to tell you how much and deeply i loved you!

I always did and always will, everyday i will be watching you, looking down at you, very proudly.

I know you will succeed in life with or without me, I will always be with you, even if it may not seem it but i will always be with you in your mind and in your heart.

i loved all the small memories we had like cuddling together, going shopping etc.

I am entirely grateful that you followed me that day to the bathroom, and i'm so grateful you wanted to help me through my rough times.

I wanted to kill myself so much but then you came into my life and changed that, i felt happy, and that was the best feeling i could have had,

I will also love and miss the boys just as much and i will always miss them too, but you, you i will never forget.

You were the greatest thing that had ever happened to me, my first real friend and my first ever real boyfriend,

and i want to thank you for making me the happiest person in the world

so please don't cry over me too much, i'm not worth your tears baby,

but the most important thing, you made me feel like the luckiest, most beautiful girl in the world and i thank you for that💖
