Convincing Shae Harbor: Chapter 11

Beams of light are soaking the classroom, but Mrs. Cawburne won't shut the blinds. I've been sitting here, throughout this Friday quiz, trying to block these annoying slap shots being stoked at me by the sun.

It's halfway through the hour, and there is a protester with a painfully, thunderous voice yelling at somebody else, outside in the hallway. There's a ton of banging on the lockers, as well. All of this shouting is thrown about by a big bully.

"You pitched the ball, you fucking queer!"

He's yelling about Enis Jordan and his glass slipper. Our teacher, Mrs. Cawburne, began screaming as soon as she stepped out into the hallway. This has to fucking stop, right now.

Bang!

"Stop it, right now!" she commanded.

Flynn Jordan, the older brother of Enis Jordan, tackled Kyle Carver and fell upon him to the floor of the hallway. Loud, thrashing pins are coming from the young, Kyle Carver, screaming. This big Flynn Jordan kid was held back twice.

"Stop, please!" he cried out as Flynn Jordan continued to haggle him.

Big Eddy Baker jumped his seat, and the fight was over by the time that he pushed Flynn to the ground and laid upon his body. Mrs. Cawburne called the school cop, Officer Swisher, and told him to hurry up.

"Thank you, Eddy." an outstanding victim, Kyle Carver, said to his hero.

Now, Officer Swisher is the biggest of them all, and he must be around seven feet. Likewise, I'm only a couple of inches below six feet. I guess it's just a foot difference, but it makes a big difference for a boy like Enis Jordan.

"Thank you so much, Eddy." Mrs. Cawburne said with a cheap voice.

Bang! Bang!

She's fooling around with him, right now, and things are getting very serious. There has to be a way to make it stop, but the two of them won't stop yodeling the hallway. She's throwing herself out to Eddy Baker, but this second hour daydream that I'm having is almost over.

I wish I was better with Shae Harbor. If it wasn't for the math teacher, Mrs. Cawburne, screaming out loud like bitch then our hometown hockey star, Kyle Carver, would've been lost.

The hockey team would've been searching for a new captain if not for the big, Eddy Baker, jumping on Flynn.

Like me, Kyle is not very big, but he is very quick. All of his speed is on the ice, though. Its not like Shae Harbor is trying to catch up.

"No problem." said Eddy Baker.

Eddy Baker is such a brute, but I love him like a calm, summer day out on the baseball diamond when the coaches are absent. Well, Coach Fishy and his son, at least.

Seriously, I could've taken down Flynn Jordan, myself, and I could've impressed Angel. She's the old lady who makes us, the kids, call her Mrs. Cawburne for short.

Angel, I'm dead serious!

Over the shores, I see a lighthouse. The deep, murky waters below me are coughing up blood, once again. I would go to those shores, but the sand is red, as well.
