Ex sat on the statue of hermity, an excited Grian waving his arms and going on about one thing or the other, as Ex watched with a fond smile on his face.
"And then Mumbo said he was leaving for the Philippines, right after signing up! Can you believe that? Oh! And I've Been finishing more builds....."
Grian continued blabbing on and on.
Eventually, the small hermit tired, and fell asleep on a poor unsuspecting Ex.
You see, having a 'Grian' leaning on you, asleep, is basically the human equivalent of a cat sleeping on your lap, if you move you wake him. Ex petted his friend's fluffy, golden, hair, in a brotherly fashion, for once in his life not feeling alone.
It was amazing!

Day after day, they met up, now and then having to comfort each other.
In the time that Ex knew Grian, a few months at this point.
Every time he met the shorter hermit, he felt less like who everyone thought he was, and more like who he knew he was.
