It wasn't long before Genos decided to look into Hitomi. And where to start?
The Hero Association.
>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
Genos walked into the headquarters building.
He walked up to one of the agents, "Oh, hello, Demon Cyborg. What brings you here today?"
"I am conducting an investigation on an individual working under the Hero Association. The rest is confidential," Genos explained.
The woman inquired, "Is there anything I can help with, then?"
Genos replied with, "I just need access to the file room."
The agent led him there and left him to work.
Genos went through the files, searching in the 'I's.
"'Ishikawa'," Genos found the file. When he opened it up, he was shocked. The file was empty, "Empty?"

This was very strange. Why isn't there a file on someone, especially if they are with the Hero Association?
Genos kept the empty file folder and went on to do further research.
He went to Dr. Kuseno's lab, figuring that was the most secluded.
He searched up her name on the computers.
What came up?
Nothing.
Genos grumbled in frustration, 'I do not understand. Why can I not find any piece of information on her? Is she hiding something?'
"Genos?" The you cyborg turned and was greeted by the old doctor, "To what do I owe this visit?"
Genos visibly relaxed, "I am trying to run a background check on Ms. Saya's doctor."
"Her doctor? Is there something wrong with your Master's wife?" Dr. Kuseno wondered.
"Well, no. Ms. Saya is expecting," Genos explained, "Her doctor, however, has me suspicious. Ms. Saya claims to know her, but to my knowledge, none of us had ever met this woman before. Even Master is on familiar terms with her."
"I see. Have you found anything, so far?" The old doc asked.
"Unfortunately, no. It is like she does not even exist," Genos looked away in thought.
Then, Dr. Kuseno offered, "If you'd like, I'll be more than happy to research this individual for you."
Genos eyes lit up with hope, "You would truly do that?"
"Not everything disappears, Genos. If there is even a smidge of information, I know I'll be able to find it for you," Dr. Kuseno smiled.
Genos smiled back in appreciation, "Thank you, Doctor."
Dr. Kuseno walked up to the monitors, Genos stepping aside to let the man work.
"So, who is this doctor?" Dr. Kuseno inquired as he typed at the keypad.
"Doctor Hitomi Ishikawa," Dr. Kuseno stopped typing, Genos noticed his unusual silence, "Doctor?"
Dr. Kuseno was silent for a moment before finally speaking, looking at Genos, "Genos...you really don't know who she is?"
"You know who she is? Who is she?!" Genos demanded.
Dr. Kuseno looked as though he was contemplating on answering, "Genos...she died over twenty years ago."
If Genos didn't look more confused before, then he did at that moment,
"That does not make sense! She is not dead, she is Ms. Saya's doctor!"
"Well, unless you can find some proof that these two individuals are the same person, then I can't help you, Genos," Dr. Kuseno frowned.

Back at the house, Saya was sitting on the couch.
"You know, I can still help with dinner," Saya gave a huff, "I'm still not that big, yet."
"Not a chance. What if you slip?" Saitama called over to her from the kitchen.
Saya huffed again. She wasn't going to argue about it. If there was one thing they can agree on, it was the safety of the baby.
Just then, Saya felt fluttering just under her bellybutton.
Saya smiled tenderly, caressing the spot where she felt it. It had only been two weeks since the last ultrasound before she started feeling the fluttering. Even at this stage, she could only feel the movement from inside, not outside. Saitama was a little disappointed, at first. They'll have to wait for the baby to get bigger to feel any kicking.
Suddenly, Saitama's phone rang on the coffee table.
Saya sat up and grabbed the phone.
She answered it, "Hello?"
"Ms. Saya? This is Master's phone," Genos can be heard in the other end of the phone, obvious confusion lacing his tone.
Saya answered, "Saitama is in the other room. Is there something you need?"
"I was just calling to inquire if Dr. Ishikawa had stopped by your home today," Genos explained.
"No, she isn't scheduled to come by for another week or so," Saya leaned back, the fluttering intensifying as she caressed the isolated spot, "Why do you ask?"
"I was just curious. Goodnight, Ms. Saya," Genos abruptly hung up, leaving Saya to stare at the phone screen for a moment.
